Terrible customer service if I could give zero stars I would. Went home with a Togo order of barbacoa and it was mostly broth they served me. I called to complain and they were very rude. They told me that barbacoa doesn't have broth but mine clearly did, she was insinuating I was lying. Terrible terrible service do not give them any business. Yes their food is good but not the best, you can find better elsewhere. Even when you are in the store they don't greet you with a smile but a grin and disgust. If you don't want to work do let the customers see your discontent! Horrible servicio al cliente! No vayan porque si se equivocan se enojan con uno y no te dejan ni hablar.

They were serving with the same gloves they were touching raw chicken!!! This is not right!!! And then when it was pointed out they acted like it was ok and they lady there starts laughing like I didn't know what I was talking about. I loved this place not no more! No stars!!!!

I ordered the chicken meal with beans and rice and those beans were so undercooked they were crunchy. They really don’t taste anything before serving us id be embarrassed
I would not even recommend people to work here..bad management very little to no hours work all week just to get 40 hrs and that means Monday thru

Be careful count your money before you leave They will rip you OFF!!! We currently investigating them. I have sent in multiple people of my family just to see and yeap sure enough they get short changed. They did it to me gave her a $20 and gave me back 1.25 claiming I gave her a $5 I told her check your camera she refused. My husband gave her also a $20 and he got back 11.50 missing a $10. My daughter went in and same thing. But it’s okay because I have called the police on them and apparently there is more, and OMg rude as hell….

I always like to come to get some fresh tortillas, and the food has great taste but the staff is the one thing that makes me doubt if I really want to come here, they're 0 friendly and it seems like they don't want you to buy, I wanted to pay cash and they told me that they didn't have change which honestly is hard to believe so I wanted to pay with card and they told me that the minimum was 10 dls, I could understand that easily but the tone of voice was rude so I just didn't want to deal with her and I decided not to buy anything
