Ordered 2 pizzas, 1 was completely wrong the other had half with no sauce for no reason at all. Tried to call place to see about getting the correct pizzas ordered so I can pick them up but no answer after 15 minutes on hold.I resorted in ordering another pizza for delivery because I have a household full of kids and had to spend twice the amount for one pizza because I couldn’t get this resolved without driving back up there to talk to someone to get replacement pizzas which would have taken 10 minutes to drive back and 20+ minutes to get pizzas.I hate that this can’t be corrected more easily and I hate myself even more for keep coming back.

This is the second tine that they didnt have enough dough prep.. i ordered a thin crust, and still recieved a regular one, if i wanted to eat all that bread .. i had even ordered ahead... i dont understand how they dont have enough dough prep when its a peak hour.. i used to work myself and we didnt tell anyone we didnt have certain things and if we didnt have the product we had curstisy to call the customer to notify them

Every time we order a pizza it takes forever!Once at the drive through I ordered a pizza that wasn't "hot n ready" the girl said 6-8 minutes so I waited. 25 minutes later... I'm the only one here at 1020 p.m how is it taking almost 1/2 an hr? Then, Today I ordered over the phone and the guy hung up on me and transferred me to the manager to confirm if order was received since it’s a call station, phone kept ringing until we arrived to the location no one ever answered. Then they confirmed the order was received and said it’ll be 10-13 minutes more so I paid. Almost 30 min later I go into check and he said it’s in the oven! Wth? DO NOT BELIEVE THEM WHEN THEY GIVE YOU TIME ESTIMATES, it’s a lie. If I had known the correct time expectation I would have just quickly grabbed something from Jack in the Box instead.
