Almost an hour for an order of pizza bites is ridiculous and they should feel ridiculous. Arrived on time 35 minutes after making the order only to be told to wait???? Um. You should have started "making" them half an hour ago, NOT upon arrival. This is my first time going to this location and boy howdy I'm not impressed in the slightest."Fast food" HA. Slow employees is slow food. It was clear they hadn't even checked their orders. Hire new people. Plenty of driven people are looking for jobs that can perform tasks diligently and on time.

The service counter personnel was very unfriendly and to say they had no food ready to be cooked with a 25 minute wait is unacceptable at 9 o’clock at night when they close at 11pm. I would not recommend anyone wasting with this location! Try any other place but this one.

The Hispanic lady who helped me at the registrar didn't understand good enough English and almost messed up the order had I not said anything when I did, and the lady who saw her take my order didn't say anything at all to rectify the problem.

Literally posting in the drive thru. Been sitting here for 15 minutes watching 2 workers walk back and forth. For a $6 pizza, I don’t mind waiting a bit but it would be cool if someone acknowledged me, or said they’d be right with me…something….instead of just being ignored. Best part was when the chick unceremoniously threw open the drive thru window and said, “What do you want?”. Ordered my 1 pepperoni pizza and I when I got home, it was lukewarm ???♀️again, $6 pizza, my expectations aren’t high but sheesh. I figured I was waiting while they were making more pizzas or something!

I placed my order online for pick up since I know this location is extremely busy almost always. Arrived at the drive thru and the younger girl working whom was on her phone every chance she could get.My mistake was not checking my order because when I got home my order was wrong. This is the 3rd time it's happened and I regret not checking. My ticket clearly stated Extra pepperoni when I got a cheese pizza...I went back to correct the order but instead went inside. The line was extremely long and visibly everyone was upset. Everyone had the same complaint that the order was wrong, waiting 20+, where is a manger and why isn't there more staff.The manager is a older hispainc lady whom speaks very little English. Then you have a bunch of highschoolers running everything.I explained the situation kindly and just requested the proper pizza in exchange. She didn't respond back and seemed almost clueless. After 5min of her on the screen I again kindly ask for a pizza. She again didn't get it until the younger cashier told her in Spanish the issue and to give me the correct pizza (you could tell the poor girl was also frustrated).Do better please.
