When I came to pick up the pizza I ordered 1 hour in advance, they told me it would be ready in 5 minutes. And then they heated the cold pizza in the microwave in front of my eyes and gave it to me.

Usually this place is really good about being quick and easy, but tonight it seemed like they were short staffed with around 3 people on a Friday night. That's totally fine, I get that and I don't mind a slightly delayed wait. But I walk in to check on my order after waiting 30-40 minutes and one employee looks at me and the 2 other people standing there and helps the other 2 that were first. Then she says she'll help me and walks to the back and never comes back.5 minutes later, 5 more people walk in and another employee is checking on finished orders. She doesn't acknowledge any of the people that were already waiting (me included) and only finally calls up someone when an order isn't even completed yet. I have no idea if they already ordered or not, but I felt like it was a bit rude that she kept her back on everyone. I even had to walk up and ask because they kept skipping me. All I ordered was 1 pepperoni pizza and nothing more. She immediately got it out (it apparently was already ready but never got marked done on the app???), and it was warm. It wasn't even in one of the warmers, it was being moved around a lot on the counter for who knows how long.At least acknowledge to your customers that you're swamped so that they're more understanding about why you're ignoring them for 10 minutes.

Don't buy pizza here!!! It's horrible!!! They stole all the ingredients from the pizza! They also burned it. This place has gotten really bad!!!!

When going to little Caesar's you don't expect much, but come on. I usually go here and it's ok not the worst nor the best, but this time might be my last. I ordered an ultimate pizza, pepperoni and crazy bread. First, the crazy bread had black stuff on the bottom. I don't know if it's from the tray they cook it with but it wasn't burnt, it mostly came from a dirty pan. I threw crazy bread right away, so I didn't even have a chance to take a photo of it. Second, the ultimate I expected the toppings be spread evenly, but it was only spread on like 5 slices leaving 3 slices literally just pepperoni. Lastly, the pepperoni pizza was basic. The place itself was ok nothing special. The service was perfect if you don't like talking to people. I came in, said hi to the cashier, told him my name and that's it. He did not even acknowledge that I was there or even told me the price. Just pointed on the screen to pay. Like I said I don't expect much from little Caesar's but at least give the customer what they asked for and make sure to cook it on clean equipments. I used to go here when I lived near by, but this would be the last time I go back here. 1 out of 5 stars.

Waited 45 min for my pizza and finally found out after asking that my order was only missing one classic pepperoni. I then waited another 25 min to finally get the pepperoni. Meanwhile, my other three pizzas were just sitting on the counter the entire time - you have a warming drawer, why not use it? I was handed three room temperature pizzas and a burnt pepperoni. No comment from the manager, no offer for refund, just a “sorry for the delay” and a quick retreat. Obviously will not order from here again.

I ordered a pizza at 4:30 to pick up at the pizza portal and I got there at 5:00. I checked the status and it wasn't even being made yet, so I waited another 30 minutes and the app showed it was in the oven. woohoo. I went inside and I asked them what's taking so long and they said it will be another 12 minutes. I waited about another 20 minutes so they could put it into the pizza portal and it still wasn't in the portal, so I went inside and it was just sitting on the counter. This was at 5:45. I got home, the pizza was cold, and they didn't even cut it so I had to do that myself. I am one of the very few people that love little Caesar's pizza, but damn this location is terrible all around. What ever happened to "hot and ready?"
