This place is trash . I ordered pizza online when we got there wasn’t ready had to wait just so they can give my order to an other customer . And the let’s not talk about the people in front was so rude and unresponsive, had little to no information save your time and money and order food for an other

Ordered my pizza an hour in advance and they never took the ticket off the printer. I always have to ask to check on my order and they just then start making it. Never a good experience at this

Literally the only one at the drive thru. There were only three people in total. people who came after me we were serviced. Disappointed waited about 15 minutes. Especially that she looked at me multiple times and ignored me. Do better.

I ordered a Extra Most Bestest Pizza after waiting almost 40 minutes for my pizza to be made. I received it it was overcooked pizza crust was burnt on the top and bottom. After working a long day was not expecting this kind of service and treatment. They had the audacity to tell me the 2nd pizza they gave me was the correct pizza as if I did not know what my pizza was supposed to look like very disappointed in the way I was treated. If I could give zero stars I would.

Went to get a pizza on 01/22/24. Got there at 9:11, place was locked and closed down. I get it that you have 49minutes till close, but it would have been polite to have been notified that you didn’t want to make another pizza.

This place was horrible. I ordered three extra cheese, extra pepperoni pizzas. And the kid at the front was so rude and unresponsive, had little to no information on how to take an order. He had no character and absolutely disgusting customer service. I swear this kid was like a robot, and the people working the back looked like the kinds of people that probably got fired from Starbucks. I felt so offended sitting there waiting for my pizza. They made about 20 hot-and-ready pizzas as I waited. I couldn’t hold my anger because I just knew they were doing stuff to offend me. Wife and kids were hungry for pizza. And it took 20 hot-and-ready pizzas and some loud noises to get them to realize I was getting impatient. They even messed up another guys order putting the pizza in the wrong slot on the “order pick-up” kiosk. They definitely don’t want any real business here. If it gets busy they’re gonna be in a bad mood here. They probably don’t get paid enough, or just aren’t very social. My order was about $37.I wonder why anyone would prefer to fill orders instead of caring for pick-up people. Oh! Because no people skills!

Ordered pizza and when they were supposed to arrive they just didn't show up. Got a text message a little later saying my delivery was cancelled. Still charged my CC which I am dealing with now.After some time on hold I will get a refund and the reason for cancellation is "The store was too busy for your order".i suggest NEVER use this store.

I went here to pickup a pizza tonight I went thru the drive thru this is one of those places good luck you have a 50-50 shot at a good experience or an experience so bad you want to call 911 for being trapped. Tonight it was definitely the later two cars ahead of me and 25 minutes in line. Trapped because of a car that entered after me and cars ahead. There's really no excuse because short staffed or not it takes 8 minutes to bake a pizza. And my pizza was ready a half hour before I finally got to the window, and just my stupidity for thinking oh only two cars in line for the drive thru this should only take a minute. I understand being short staffed but when you spend 10 minutes complaining about it and the company you work for it doesn't get me home any sooner but maybe it should you when someone shows up to close your location or whatever needs to happen to make this Little Caesars serviceable. I'll go back to Marcos now again from now on.
