Came in, and we were immediately sat down and waited 25 minutes with zero service. We were given menus, yet no water/drinks and no bread. Literally every single waiter/waitress just looked at us as they walked by as if we didn’t exist. I asked 2 of these servers only to be met with “someone will help you soon”0 stars. Y’all suck.

Always a great time when you visit here. Great food we had the steakhouse wings, renegade steak and pork chops and everything was so good! The Jack and coke is more than you bargain for since it is so cheap but it was worth it!

Got seated immediately after entering. Our server was nice and respectful. The food was so amazing, and didnt take long to get to our table. Tender and juicy steak cooked to perfection!Parking: Big parking lot in front of and around the restaurant. Plenty of spots to choose from and not a long distance from the entrance.Kid-friendliness: They have a nice kids menu and high chairs too.
Cypress location is nice, plenty of staff to see to your dining needs. Food was delicious and the prices are reasonable. Will definitely be back. Our group really enjoyed the fried okra.

This is my second trip to this location. Today I had the Spicy Chicken bites. Yumm! Great texture chicken and the sweet/spicy flavor was fantastic. We had a couple issues with our server not being ready to greet us and getting our order out properly but it didn’t affect the enjoyment of our lunch.

Ok, time for another review. Hostess needs a little more training in tack. The booth we started in was weak, so we moved to a table. Voiced concerns to the manager, and wow, did he deliver along with waiter. Food was cooked perfectly.
