I loved going to this for year's. I went back here recently and while ordering I found out they longer sell Tiramisu. This was my favorite. When I asked what happend no one could tell me why is was discontinued. Please bring it back! No other Marble Slab in this area sells it.

First, I gave them a chance 3 years ago, and the service was horrible. We thought, "Hey, maybe it has changed." It has changed to being even worse than before. If you like rude, condescending employees that get 3 orders out of 3 orders wrong and charge you for 4 items, then this is the place for you. But don't worry. Ownership will show how much they care by spending 3 seconds to cut and paste the same response as always. People stop giving money to companies that don't care about you. Cue marble slab lame response below.

Two workers sat there flirting and joking while making two shakes and I stood in line for 10 minutes and was never acknowledged. Only one family in front of me that ordered only 2 shakes.

I have frequented this location since I moved here 6 years ago. I always enjoyed the generous servings, flavors of ice cream, copious topping options and service. It seems something has changed in the last six months. They no longer offer raspberries for mix in, and the service has been kids that hardly speak and don’t seem to know what they are doing.Unfortunately I came for the raspberries so I will take my business to the coldstone in the future.

Let me preface by saying that I don’t want your copy and paste “apology.” Generic and insincere customer relations.I went in Marble Slab on Saturday with my baby. The young girl working didn’t speak a single word to us, just blank stares as we ordered and paid. She kept paying attention to her watch going off as we were ordering. She then spent the rest of the time sitting behind the counter with her head down. When I walked past her to use the restroom, I could see that she was watching videos on her phone.Some of the worst customer service I’ve received in a long time. First and last time ever going to Marble Slab.

Came to get something nice and yummy but walked out empty handed. We walked in and I asked if they had any non dairy ice cream. One of the staff immediately said "absolutely (pause) we don't have non dairy ice cream." Another corrected him and said they had sorbet. I have a vanilla allergy so I asked if they knew the ingredients since everything is "homemade". The same team member said it is posted in the back. I asked if all the ice cream had vanilla in them. He immediately said they all had vanilla without looking. I told him sorbet does not have it and he was sarcastic and said "oh I didn't know". At this point I decided it was best to just leave as I was done with his lack of help or care to assist me.

The waffle bowl are stale..ask the staffs to replace a different one..one of the staff broke of few pieces from different bowls and he made a funny face looking like disgusting that I wouldn't eat it. I ask for a refund, the other staff saying that they will call the boss. Never did! Seems like they prefer not being serious about customer service. Never ever going back. Ice cream was half ok

Youthful attendants serving here. Icw cream very delicious with many options and combinations possible! Small indoor and outdoor sitting areas.

Good selection of different ice cream and cones. Waffle cones and various other products. The ice cream is homemade. Some good flavors. Only negative was that there was only one employee working. This individual had to serve the products, receive the payment and stock the items. The management needs to be replaced.

Horrible Service, No adults present, I was ignored for 15 minutes, the teens working there were just playing around, no one responsible around, I had to repeat my order more than 5 times for only 3 items

Monday night! A horrible experience here at this place, so we are regular customers, and tonight both the kids working were rude and disrespectful, the Spanish guy told the black guy that he wasn’t going to take our order because he was going to wash dishes, the black guy responded, oh yeah well I’m not either, shortly after that the Spanish guy took our order, my thing is if you are bilingual then use your skills when needed, he refused to talk Spanish to my husband, and spoke to him in english, he gave him the total, which he said it was right..obviously he doesn’t know how to count money, he then sent the black guy to tell us that we were short like.75 cents, so I walked back in to pay the difference, I asked the Spanish kid if he knew Spanish he said yes, I told him then why make it difficult for a customer to understand you, if he doesn’t speak much english, and I walked out. As I was getting into my car, the black kid comes out talking krap to me, telling me are you scared, that you had to come get your husband, and told me get out the car, if you have a problem. So disrespectful and unprofessional. I asked for the store # and manager name, they both said we don’t have that information, our boss doesn’t want us to give his/her name out! This was uncalled for. Both these kids need to be professional trained in doing a better job! I will definitely not go there if they are working. Or I will be visiting another location.

Came to get a milkshake and worker said they close @9:30 even though the hours state they close at 10pm. Never coming back! I’d rather go to baskin robins better service there anyway

Horrible service. Online order was never made and had to wait an additional 35 minutes for it to be made. Staff members ABBY & ETHAN verified my order upon arrival yet never prepared it and instead were on their cellphones behind the register. In the end, order was MISSING two toppings and the manager NICHOLAS deemed to have no urgency nor care to correct the matter.

Poor service employees are extremely rude young Mexican kids that was working there on February 19th at 3:00 pm has such an attitude, I asked him to see a kids size and he was shaking his hand with sarcasm the whole time !!!! I will never go back to this place again.
