I am very disappointed in this place, they always ALWAYS mess up my order, not only my order but also my family members order. I called in to let them know that my order was messed up and the person on the phone said they would return the credit back into my account. Called today to confirm my points and theres no credit back into my account and the representative on phone said they can't give me the credits as promised.

I came to this location on Friday, October 6 at 1:30 PM and April assisted me she was both kind and efficient. She offered me the best deal. Ann had excellent customer service. I’m not sure what position she currently holds but she needs.

So Friday night I called to order pizza for me and my grandkids was delighted. When the order taker told me I had a $10 off coupon. He said I signed up for rewards by calling so much I guess I love this place. I love the service pizza comes hot and fresh and is always delicious. Will continue to call once or twice a week.

App wasn’t working so l had to call, ordered just a large pepperoni pizza for delivery, took 2 hours to get home !!! Complained twice and same answer : “ your order will be on 15 minutes “ this is a joke !!

I tried the Philly pizza and it was not what I expected(yuck). When I did go to pick up my order, the young lady just stood there, leaning against the cooler and looked at me without saying a word. The guy from the back rushed up to assist.

Ordered pizza online carry out. Picked up pizza and the pizza was made wrong, called the store and they told me I had to bring the piza back for a replacement on my time and gas. refused to give a phone number for me to complain about my experience. I was told over the phone they would give me the phone number to the owner but refused when I arrived.
