We love this place. Great atmosphere.Food is good.Used to be a great value, but their prices have skyrocketed compared to other Italian options. $200 plus tip for 3 people. I wish they'd go back to their old formula of more traditional Italian American dishes and not try to be so fancy.We could eat at Adriatic or Trattoria, our 2 other favorites, 2 or 3 times for the price of one trip to marvinos. So now we only go to marvinos for special occasions, and it is never packed like it used to be.I question if the value is there, even with their quality.

One of my favorite Italian restaurants! Top 3 for my Houston Restaurants. Wonderful Tuscan styled space for intimate dining. Excellent food, very consistent in taste. I recommend the Chicken Marvino and the Lobster Ravioli.Service has always been excellent. Appreciate the gentleman who tends the parking lot as he is a great guy!

Wow! Was going to give this place a try but before we even had the chance we had an encounter with an employee (owner maybe) who was sooooo rude! I don’t think we will be giving them a try now.

A party of 8 the server explained menu and said he will be back he 10 mins later he came to take the order never asked if we wanted appetizer my son ordered appetizers anyway with the dinner order I had one glass of water never a refill for such a beautiful place I felt the service was not great I saw other tables that were getting lot of attention I don’t want to assume but maybe my group was not who the waiters wanted to serve

We were a party of four. My sister in law was not pleased that she could not order a steak well done. That was a first for me at any restaurant. My steak was ordered at medium well and it arrived medium rare. Apparently, the chef is afraid to cook the beef. It was noisy as a family arrived with a crying child. If a noisy family arrives, why seat them close to others?

Never managed to get food, but the place looks nice, however being stared down and profiled ruined the atmosphere.My wife, child, freind and I sat there for over 30 minutes waiting for menus, andAnd a waiter/waitress, ordered wine and waited another 30+ minutes and had to make a harsh comment to get our wine.So this place is a no go.I should be able to look into a new place to eat out at without being profiled as broke riffraff that can't afford anything.The waiter made a comment about me ordering the cheapest red wine, though my wife and freind ordered decent wines.Never felt more offended in my life.$45 for 3 glasses of wine one glass of tea, and treated like trash ...Bad choice of restaurants
