During the short time I visited here and ate at McDonald’s three times for breakfast. My order was wrong two out of the three times. I can tell the staff is really trying to work hard and fast however I think they just need to slow down a little bit and get things right first.

I ordered a fish meal large size and as you see in the image I got about a happy meal size worth of fries foods too expensive for y’all not to be giving us potatoes. I’m pretty sure the McDonald’s corporations doesn’t even pay for potatoes.

Closest McDonald’s to my house, I come multiple times a week out of pure convenience. 4 out of every 5 orders I make are incorrect. They do not follow customization instructions. As I’m typing this I’m waiting in the lobby for the 3rd time this week alone for my order to be corrected. Not to mention I waited 13 minutes to receive said incorrect order. I used to work here and the management is horrible so it’s apparent why the service would be at least sub-par.3 years ago there was never an issue here, whatever y’all changed should be reverted.

Drive through experience is fast but the staff are never friendly. They are impatient and start asking for your order even before you’ve had a chance to roll your window down and speak to them. They are this way even at close to midnight when there are very few customers.
