Went through the drive thru and was told to park in a certain spot to wait on something simple, but I guess the guys in the window told a couple of people to park in the same spot. When I saw the guy bringing out my order, I rolled down the window to get it, and he told me to wait. He ended up giving my food to another person after I told him it was mine. This place is very disorganized.

Terrible business model. I recently tried to purchase $300 worth of gift cards from this location and they told me I could only pay cash. Anyone in this industry knows that a gift card purchase is still revenue and a final purchase.

We were excited about McDONALDS moving here. The one in Shell was amazing service. But ever since McDs moved to this new place our meals are almost Always incorrect ! Its soo frusterating coming home tired to see this continuously. Yall need to provide better service.
The staff as people are awesome to interact with. But if you’re coming to get at least your moneys worth keep driving. They never fill up any of their fry containers, but they do give napkins unlike the location down the road so it’s just a matter of preference I

You guys need to move back to old location!-Every since building the new one you can’t get orders right, try to charge for things didn’t order and food is cold or raw fries! I keep telling myself not to go back and think after this last time, I’m done!!
