Today I went to My Protein Grill for the first time recommended by a friend , unfortunately they are closed. I checked Google to see if it’s open it says open but sadly they are closed. Someone needs to update the Google information.

I have been trying to reach out due to purchasing a $100+ gift card as I usually do. They have not replied to my messages on Facebook and deleted their Instagram. If anyone knows a number I can reach out to to get my refund please let me know. That's the only reason why I put a one-star review.Honestly, it had great meals and it jas been difficult to find another meal replacement business.

I drove Well out of my way to get here by 7 when they're supposed to be open so that I can pick up food before work sat outside for almost 10 minutes after seven and they still weren't open.. These locations are in very very odd places and not conveniently we located at all.. I might try a different location if I could find one

I'll edit this evening to add photos. I have to! Her customer etiquette and helpfulness was amazing. I can honestly say the good and healthy dessert of choice is amazing. Been in need for this type of flavourful meal prep. This did it.... my family will be back for all our meal prep needs.

"Initially, I tried a few meals from MPG and loved them! They have options for every meal of the day and snacks! The meal plans were a great part of their services as well! The convenience of just popping in and grabbing your meals was the selling point for me because a lot of prep places don’t have that convenience part and don’t offer fresh options for you to choose. The staff is super helpful and friendly which makes it less intimidating and more welcoming if you’re new to prep foods. Love this place so much!

My husband and I have been going to MPG since they opened their first location in Sprint I believe, we've spent a lot of money and wasted a lot of money, anything with black beans goes bad within days, the oatmeal goes bad within days food spoils extremely fast so I'm not sure how far in advanced these meals are even being made. We would then go only on days they added their "fresh" foods only for those still to go bad quickly and I mean we eat them within 4days of purchase. This last week I get it holidays, every single meal had the expiration date of the following day!! We walked out and won't return, we've thrown away literally too much money.
I saw a roach at this establishment and then the kid worked there said they have roach problem. Someone call the city inspector. Then to top it off I found a long black hair in my food. Disgusting

I came to MPG after my doctor told me to lose 10 lbs due to lab work and a friend recommended the location. Within 6 weeks of lunch and dinner, my labs were NORMAL! I continued with MPG because it was easy and convenient. I've done 2 of the plans, a 3 week and a 5 week. To date, I have lost 15 lbs. Everyone at MPG is amazing and helpful, I especially love my nutritionist, Melissa, who is so responsive and motivating. If you want something convenient, tasty, and easy on your lifestyle, MPG is the place!

Food is excellent here and really keeps me on track without counting calories! Alyssa is very friendly always helpful when I have any questions or concerns! Easy to order online and pickup as well every week. My fav is the Rosemary salmon and chicken berry salad ❤️
