We had Mods pizza and wanted some nice warm coffee and cookies. We walked over and order a caramel macchiato and I wanted a white chocolate latte (per the menu). WELL we didn't get it because the machine didn't have the word "white" chocolate on there, so they couldn't make it. So then I said I get the turtle hot coffee and they made it but it was freezing cold, and my they couldn't make the caramel macchiato either because the machine didn't have that option. So then we said just plain coffee and they figured out the machine wasn't working. So we ended up getting some nice warm fresh coffee mcdonald's It was disappointing tho, the customer service was good but nothing there worked and they didn't have any of the hot coffee drinks that's on the menu

I ordered a custom cookie for my daughter’s 21st birthday. I’ve ordered several cookies before and as usual, they knocked it out of the park!! The customer service is always amazing and their work is too! Thank you for going that extra mile! Highly recommend!

If you are a fan of chocolate chip cookies and cakes, this is the go to place for you! I have purchased many cookies cakes from this location over the years and they have never disappointed me. The manager Luis (owner/operator?) is a very nice man. He does very creative designs and is able to create the perfect cake with short notice.

Ordwr was wrong and I asked the driver ti rung the doorbell do it wouldn't be on th ground and theyndid not. Text message was sent, but was delayed, fortunately we got order before ants got on it.

When you walk in they greet you and make you feel like you are coming to an old time ice cream and cookie parlor. We got a bucket of 18 mini chocolate chip cookies, a sugar double trouble, a chocolate chip double trouble and a pecan pie cup. They were all delicious and they made you want to come back for more the next day.

In and out! Stopped in to pick up a 12" cookie cake and had a custom message put onto the cake. I was in an out of the shop in probably 5 minutes. Staff was very nice and even sent their birthday wishes too. My baby boy is going to be super excited for his surprise.

This was my son's and I first time visiting Nestle Tollhouse and I had not visited a store in many years. I'm giving 2 stars because the Hispanic Manager or Owner made a big difference between how he interacted with me versus how he interacted with white and hispanic customers. In fact he made sure not to say much of anything to me and instead allowed a very nice young cashier take my order. He made sure not to greet me or even ask how I was. Yet...every Hispanic customer that came inside....he asked how they were and made sure to greet them. It was very obvious and even after I made my purchase....he still didn't say thank you ma'am or come again. Yet, he went out of his way to express this to the Hispanic customers he encountered. I will make sure not to spend money at this store in the future.Very Disappointed. Stay Away and Spend your money elsewhere, especially if you're AA....because your money may not be appreciated."All American Dollars Lives Matter".

What an amazing experience I have all the time at the Cypress Nestle. The owner Luis and his staff is awesome, very friendly. He can quickly make a delicious cookie cake for any occasion and decorated with the requested colors and theme. Definitely will be returning. Everything there is fresh fast and fun!!

This new owner is garbage. Every time he is there the cookies are as hard as a rock. The last time I remember having a fresh cookie from here is when the young girl owned the place. And that has been over a year ago now!
