I usually go around the busy time which it's find for me because the panda workers are always trying their best to get everyone moving in a timely manner while still be kind to the customers. Even the unreasonable ones I see. This time I came like almost at the end of the rush but still busy and the staff was still fast and

I typically don't leave reviews for fast food places, but this place, the staff is exceptional...except for the manager. Adrian, was very attentive, even when dealing with a difficult one like our group. Angus beef was dry and I asked if he could make fresh one and he did...manager didn't look too happy. I don't know if customer service isn't on the list of priorities, but at least her subordinates do, and it wasn't a difficult ask considering they up charge for the steak and shrimp. Place is clean, not sure if there was a dinner rush at 7 pm but almost everything was empty.

My recent drive-thru experience at Panda Express was a mix of efficiency and culinary disappointment. The service was quick, a plus for any fast-food establishment. However, the food's quality didn't match this efficiency. The dishes tasted as if they had been sitting out for hours, losing their freshness and vibrancy. This resulted in a rather stale and bland experience, not what one expects from a brand representing Asian-inspired fast food.The drink, a simple soda, was unfortunately flat, adding to the underwhelming experience. While fast food is about quick service, it shouldn't compromise the basic quality of food and drink. Panda Express, known for its quick Asian cuisine, missed the mark on delivering a satisfactory balance between speed and taste during this visit.

This location doesn’t give sauces out unless you request them. They also refused to sell me a small side order of fried rice or chow mein! They force you to buy the medium or large size instead, which makes no sense at all besides maximizing profits.They harass every customer about donating to charity and it’s just getting really old at this point. With the astronomical price of food these days it seems a little absurd that these companies want to take even more change from your pocket.I don’t know what it is about this particular section of Fry Road, but all of the fast food places in this area have horrible management.

Dont bother ever coming to this location. It will definitely close down with poor staffing. Ive been to this location atleast a dozen times so its not a one time deal. I will say if you do it seems morning staff is better in fairness the 2 times i visited. If you come to this location after 7 to close Staff is rude and lazy. They always say dont have over 1/2 there menu and shuts down there kitchen long before they close. Thats why all the traffic is other food places across the street and no one go theres. This is the third time they told me they dont make food after 8. Then why are you opened until 930. Just close at 8 then! Hopefully management sees this and fixes or bye bye Panda.

Bad experience.FRY & WEST8935 Fry Road, Cypress, TX 77433Employees are rude and don't give you all your food. I ordered online, husband went to pick up and the employee was rude to him.He got home all our food was not in the bag, I called to speak to a manager and they played like they couldn't hear me, I then hung up to call again and some lady said don't call again....hmmm seems like they know why I was calling.
