The quality of the food was above average. The service was impressive, this location was getting slammed in the drive through and inside, staff was moving fast like a circus act and still managed to be a friendly as possible.Atmosphere was a expected for a busy panda express.

I went in the drive-through, paid for my food. They told me it was going to be 15 to 20 minutes for my the chicken. I went in there 20 minutes later because I’d still not gotten my meal, I was very nice at the register. The lady told me that they were cutting it up and that I would get it soon. I waited another 10 minutes and nothing well multiple people came in and got their food and left. After waiting 40 minutes for my food that I ordered from the drive-through, I asked for a refund and left. I will not be returning.

Been to Panda Express so many times and have placed separate orders through drive thru before. unfortunately had an unpleasant experience with one of the staff members. When I attempted to place a separate order, the employee was not only uncooperative but also used inappropriate language towards me. This level of rudeness and unprofessionalism is unacceptable and I hope measures will be taken to address this issue to ensure it doesn't happen to others. The manager was extremely nice and delivered the information in a really nice way. Other than that the person that works at the drive thru needs to work on her attitude.

They don't want to answer the phone so I can tell them this, so I'll do it on here. 2 days I. A row the broccoli isn't cooked. Some are almost all the way raw. Yall serve just a couple of options. Doesn't seem hard to keep some quality

I enjoyed my experience at this establishment. Atmosphere is always positive. Service is always top notched. Food is always freshly cooked. If you do not see your dish it usually means it's being cooked and it will be done shortly. My only pet peeve about any Panda Express is that they don't serve enough white rice or fried rice with their meals especially their bigger plates of food. You are being served 3 entrees and a little bit of rice. They need to serve more rice. That little bit of rice is not enough. If you ask for more rice they give you 1/2 a spoonful (what's 1/2 spoonful going to do?). Drive-thru orders are served more food and rice then the people who order inside.

OUTRAGEOUS SERVICE AND QUALITY! I came here yesterday and ordered 2 bigger plates, one with half and half chow mein and rice with teriyaki chicken, orange chicken, and broccoli beef. The other had supergreens and triple teriyaki chicken. They said it would be a 5 minute wait for the greens, no bother we said we'd wait. 10 minutes go by no one has came out to deliver our food, mind you we went through the drive thru. After the 10 minutes we went inside asking how much longer it would be they said asap. Then we see them start preparing now the second we asked. Also it was practically empty in there. Once we got the food, the bag was full of liquid from the packaging of the food. When we opened the boxes, the portions were outrageously small for a near 20 minute wait. I highly recommend avoiding this location. Absolutely we will never be doing ordering here again! Have had many bad experiences here but this straw broke the camels back. Also not to mention the entire staff needed to help the person at the food counter with one singular order. Check on this location immediately. Worst ever service in all of cypress.
