The pho and buon bo hue was delicious. The food portion for appetizer is on the smaller side. Spring rolls were very skimpy as well. We also offered com bo luc lac with a side of fried egg and it tasted delicious!Bambu drink #10 was still kind of warm. I’ve been to other location and this drink lacked shaved ice.

Best pho in town, the best chè I've ever had (I highly recommend taro lover) The rice plates are amazing, the pork plate oh! and don't let me forget the spring rolls are the best spring rolls I've ever had (especially when you dip it in the peanut sauce) The vibes are nice and calm. and the workers are always really nice. every time I come here I'm in heaven.

I ordered the fried dumplings on doordash and some of them came out burnt and they gave me so little sauce for them. If you're going to use these containers for the sauce they should be filled properly.

The service is erratic. There is a language barrier to be overcome when ordering and the menu is confusing. The chicken in the vermicelli was loaded with fat, not lean and very dry. The spring rolls were the same and quite rubbery. We have been here several times and the food is wildly inconsistent. You roll the dice. I paid $19.00 for two spring rolls and a vermicelli bowl. This meal was not worth $19.00 without the tip. Why gamble when you go out to eat??

I hate giving bad reviews but after stewing over my frustrations over night I had to say something to make sure that this does not continue at Pho Bo. Last night I went by and ordered a to go meal (7A) and an Avocado Crush drink. Paid for the order in full without asking for a discount or arguing!! The man that took my order told me "I know I know" to hush me up when I started to read all that was supposed to be on my meal! But when I got home my meal was VERY sparse with no shrimp and no egg roll!!!!! The pork was so dry and stale tasting I fed it to the dogs and they loved it! How can you in good conscious leave out half the meal and charge me full price?!?! The egg rolls were the most important since I would have ordered it as a separate order and paid full price if I knew it would be left out!!!! Granted I did give them one star since my drink was good and the real avocado was in there with a hearty helping. I sustained myself on that drink till breakfast this morning! This place is good for drinks but the food stuff should just be left to a real chef that can cook good homemade meals! Shameful that they will lose business for their drinks due to the food and service being a shame!! Get you food else where and come here for your drink!

Let me start my review with the staff; there were 3 servers taking orders and being cashiers(very hard workers by the way). To the young man that took care of me at the cashier THANK YOU for letting my son practice his English with you and being patient with him. The food was delicious especially with a picky husband when it comes to his pho, my son finished his bowl of pho as well and my mom and I ordered vermicelli plates each. She really enjoyed her shrimp vermicelli especially for a first timer. We will surely come back again whenever we are close by
