Seems like for the last couple years anytime we purchase a pizza here as part of a promo or with a coupon the toppings are scarce. We don’t have this issue with dominoes, no wider we stopped going to Pizza Hut. Idk about other locations but this one sucks if you’re getting a discounts or free pizza

I just picked food up from here and there was a hair in my pasta.....it looks like a short dark colored beard hair. I didn't appreciate finding this in my food and I was taking my bite. I won't be going back to this location.

1. Took 1 1/2 hours to tell me pizza was delivered to wrong house, 2. Shift Manager nice enough to give me credit based on money spent, 3. Received order 2 hours after ordered it!!, 4. Boneless wing sauce not on the chicken, it was at bottom of container; beef pizza was awful, pepperoni pizza was edible, no way was this Pizza Hut standard, ?

It was a horrible experience, I purchased online and then went I went to o it it up they told me was any pizza on my name so I had to buy another, then I saw in my bank they charge me both. When I talk with the manager he was so rude, and basically told me was they the store fault, he speak over me and do not let me to explain, the only thing he was doing is acting so rude and demanding, I can’t believe he is a manager. I ask for another manga her and he told me he was the only one … was horrible horrible experience the people so rude.

This was for delivery. Called and spoke to a super friendly person named Luke. He answered all my questions and even told me that I could get a discount on my order if I placed it online. Ordered online and my pizza was delivered hot, fresh and EXACTLY as ordered (including well done crust)... here's the big thing.. The driver was at my door in less than 20 minutes on Saturday evening at 6:00. WHAAATT???Excellent service and good pizza. What else can you ask for?
The soccer players, my grandsons, tore up both pizza . It was very good!!

It's hard to have a pizza favorite because ALL pizza is yummy.. but, the Big New Yorker is EXCELLENT.. the entire staff at our pizza hut in Cypress are amazing.. pizza was perfectly made and delivered so quickGreat job guys
