I am super impressed by this Canes. This is my second time eating at Canes. I got the box combo and tried the coleslaw for the first time. The creaminess paired so well with the chicken and toast it was an amazing combo I'd recommend anyone try. The service here was also very fast and excellent! I am super happy with my experience at this Canes and will be coming back 100%!
Terrible customer service! No one cares about retaining business/customer loyalty! Will not return to this location!

the drive-thru person with locs could use a lesson on kindness. you never know what kind of day someone is having, so her speaking to me so nastily and cutting me off while I was ordering and then saying she won't take my drink order when I was simply trying to get 2 box combos, is insane. it's easy to be kind, she should try it.

With time size of children figures is shrinking. It’s not suitable for a big name as this fast food restaurant chain. It’s sad how people are being ripped off by big companies.

Hate sounding like I’m nagging or just being a grump but this situation happens all the time and they get upset if I ask again. So, every time I go I ask for ketchup and or they ask me. I always tell them a few of them which is always one even though a few means more than one. But, I started asking for 3 and they say okay and I get home and it’s still one. I know it isn’t a big deal I still have a good meal but I just asking for ketchup it isn’t coming out of your pay. Gripe over.
