Our waitress was very nice and suggested a pizza for me since I wanted a meat lovers type. A different waitress brought our food one dish at a time, about 5 minutes apart from each, mine last (out of 5) so by the time I got mine, the first person’s food was getting cold. We all wait and pray first then eat. My pizza was wrong and the waitress who brought it argued with me about it. About 5 minutes later our waitress came to see what was the problem. She immediately went to the kitchen to put in for the pizza I ordered from her recommendation. She apologized several times and I told her to just put it in a to go box. She offered us a free dessert, but didn’t offer anything off my pizza that was30+ minutes later than everyone else’s food. I brought it home and ate it, but they should’ve given us a discount or mine should’ve been free. I feel like it’s fine downhill since moving from 290 and hwy 6. Makes me sad
Terrible customer service. The manager is rude. They lie about what ingredients they have in stock. They don’t apologize for screwing up your order and have no problem charging you full price for their mistakes.

The pizza there is always delicious no matter which one you choose! The crust is just right, the cheese melty and toppings fresh! We usually get to go but I’m sure dine-in is just as great!

I recently visited Russo's with my one-year-old daughter, my wife, and her family for the first time. Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience that we will not repeat. Upon arrival, we were forced to sit at a round table despite requesting a regular one. When we sat down, we were immediately asked about our drink order before having a chance to review the options. When we asked to see the drink menu, we were informed that they did not have Dr Pepper, only canned beverages, even though they had a variety of fountain drinks available from a Coca-Cola machine. Strangely, we were not allowed to get our own drinks and had to rely on the server to bring them.During our meal, my daughter accidentally spilled her drink, prompting the server to stare at us with an attitude, as if it were our fault. We continued with our meal, and when we were almost finished, the server brought the check with an added tip for a large group. A large group is defined as six or more people, so it was perplexing that they considered my daughter, who didn't even eat, as part of the group. The server then stood behind me, waiting for payment. When I took out my debit card, she suddenly stopped and asked if I preferred another payment method, assuming my wife had instructed her not to use that card. This was surprising, as my wife was actually speaking to her family at the time, not to the server.Overall, this was the worst Russo's location we have visited, and we were disappointed by the service and attitude of the staff.

My go-to pizza place in the Cypress area. Quality of food and service has been very consistent, ordering and pickup are always easy, and it’s got a nice atmosphere for dining in. Standard crust is great, but I think it’s amazing when you get it well done.
