We waited for the food for about an hour, the waitress told us that they only had two people in the kitchen and that was the reason for the delay. The sandwiches were dry, tasteless! The crab cakes taste bad, sour, really disgusting ! I don't recommend this site at all! at least not this one in cypress!

Do not expect good service! After being sat and placing our initial drink order, which took 30 minutes to be served, as they only had one bartender on Easter weekend. We tried to continue our meal by placing our order for appetizers (2) and entrees (4). Two entrees were served before the appetizers were served and it took another 20 minutes for the final two entrees to be served, of which one was a salad. Asked to speak to the manager, who promised to make things right, but then took great offense when it was pointed out the server should have managed the order placement better and happened to return to the table during the conversation. The manager and servers’ final decision was to then ignore our table, and not provide any follow-up service. Had to go to the bar and request water, as none was served and had to hunt down additional silverware for the table.Cannot recommend.

We had such a good time here. The food was so so good, and the service was amazing! Helen took such great care of us and was so attentive to our table despite being so busy. Good service is hard to find these days and I will definitely be coming here more often now just because of her.
This place is doing Better months ago the service was Horrible. Food is average but Expensive. Nice view of the lake. Finding parking space in this shopping center is NOT easy.

Great view of the lake, and a great greeter named Cindy. Came in and Cindy was energetic with a great attitude!! Food was good, and plenty of TVs to watch different sports. Long and short it was a great time. Come in and check it out.
We came to eat here for lunch and sat in the bar area. Our server Helen was awesome! Super attentive and helped us make modifications to our food. We had the fried cod and shrimp basket. Both were fresh and crispy, sides were good too! Onion rings were also crispy! Ask for Helen to be your server!
