This is the Teriyaki chicken that I’m serving to my dogs because it was too dry to eat. I tired to call in my concerns but I was treated rudely so I’ll post my complaint here. I asked for a manager and some kid prevented my request with rudeness. That was my first and last experience at Sapporo.

Have been here multiple times and they kept disappointing each time I visit with bad service. They are more morons than people love to work here. They don’t even serve water and care to talk. Have often observed they only like white Americans at this place rest is none for them. Total

Good food. Great service.Sushi was fresh and well prepared. Grease in fryer needs to be changed. Crab puffs were mediocre due to flat/old grease. Slight smell of grease trap when we entered.

We didnt stay to eat because there is a very strong sewage smell present. It was overwhelming and noticeable as soon as entering the restaurant.

I went last week and I was extremely disappointed. The hostess looked like they hated their job, it took our waitress forever to come take our order eventhough there was maybe 2 other tables with people in the whole restaurant. The atmosphere was non-existant and the sushi was terrible, lacking flavor and falling apart. The menu looked great so I wanted to give it a shot, but definitely not worth the time or money if you want sushi.
The food was okay. When we came to the place it had a strong sewer smell. The service was friendly and decent. They don't have a teppanyaki show anymore, but you can order hibachi plates.

What they don't say list is that they no longer do teppanyaki shows. I guess business has slowed down since then cuz there was just one waiter on a Sunday night.My food came out cold and taste was pure soy sauce.I don't recommend.

Fried rice is good! But I wish it had some sauce I could put over it like the shogun sauce they give you, i also got the veggie spring rolls I ate all that so no picture to show , I also got miso soup no meat or egg , can’t take picture of that right now other than that food is good, more

Came during lunch time, I saw they were rated a high 3 but honestly I think that’s a one off deal. They deserve to be like a 4.5 star restaurant. Service was astounding, food came out quick, fresh. The shrimp fried rice was very tasty. And I love the calamari with their sauce. Overall I would come again!
