Over the years I've been to this location maybe four times. Each time the employees were dismissive and rude. It's as if they all hate their jobs. Yesterday I visited around 3 pm. I think these type of chains are my favorite to rate. Most everyone has eaten at a Shirley’s. We have many in the Houston area. This particular location has the freshest, fluffiest kolache bread. It’s so yummy. We also select the glazed, glazed cake, chocolate glazed with sprinkles and pink sprinkles. Always yummy!The ladies at the counter are also always the sweetest.
