I love the smash burger crew and their food. My food is always made fresh and hot. The customer service is great. Ira is always welcoming and is a great manager. I see how she works the room and she is really good at her job. I will be a regular.

I went there yesterday for my Niece's 12th Birthday to celebrate with Family and Friends. When we got there she (Aviance) already had the tables set up for a big family (11) like mine. Staff was very nice and food was Delicious. I want to give a special thanks to Aviance and Brandon they did a very good job, and I want to give a shoutout especially to Aviance. 10 out of 10 recommend.?Parking: Depending on the time you go, parking in front of the resteraunt should be ok.Kid-friendliness: They where very helpful in helping me celebrate my Niece's 12th birthday.

We were greeted with a scowl the moment we walked in. We hadn’t even said a word and the young man behind the register gave us attitude. This was at roughly 6:00pm and the name was Kevin. While waiting for the food we were not feeling welcomed by any member of the staff. On top of that when Kevin spilled one of the drinks while making it he murmured under his breath after I re-assured him it was alright. Our fries were not fresh and the burger was dry and lacked any sense of flavor and savoriness. The entire meal lacked flavor, freshness, and quality. Me and my family will not be returning to this location after the food we were served, and the way we were treated by staff. I’ve been a patron of the franchise for years, and this is by far the biggest disappointment I’ve had thus far.

My visits are normally during the day, and they're okay for dine-in.This time was a busy night, and the staff was beyond rude. We had an issue with out take out and called. The person talked over me, told me they could remake it, but "next time just read" and hung up on me. I called back, and they yelled at me and hung up on me while I was literally saying, "I'm not mad at you." I'm not exaggerating. Those were the words coming out of my mouth. I was trying to explain to this employee that I'm not mad at them, it's not personal, they didn't even make the burger, and they were so defensive they weren't even listening.I went to the store for a refund on the burger because I didn't trust it to be remade safely (allergy!!!). I'm trying to explain to the employee from the phone, which is the same one who took the order, and they raised their voice in the store, wouldn't let me finish a sentence, and said verbatim "reading is fundamental, the sign is right there." I asked multiple times for a refund before they went to get the manager to get me the refund. The employee thought it was more important to be defensive than to provide even mediocre customer service. The manager working was apologetic, but too little too late. Allowing an employee to hang up on a customer twice and yell at said customer in the lobby is not okay.Oh, and this was an $80+ order with 4 burgers, 4 shakes, and 4 fries. I was only upset about ONE burger. Outside of the customer service, we waited over 20 minutes for the order to be made, the fries were cold as they'd been sitting under the heat lamp for 10 minutes, and all the burgers were awful. Yet, I didn't ask for a remake or a refund on anything except the burger that could have killed someone. The person ordering said, "No tomatoes, I'm allergic to tomatoes," and the burger had ketchup, aka liquid tomatoes.

Slaps all other burger chains. Smashfries and tots slap with the rosemary oil. Patties are big and juicy, always full and satisfied. Too bad they removed my favorite burger, the spicy chipotle. Don't know why this isn't as popular, Whataburger gets all the hype because of Texas pride so it's biased.

1st time there, I had the double brisket burger.......MAN that thing had 4 thick juice slices of brisket on it!!!! My wife had the mushroom Swiss truffle burger.....again out of this world!!!!!!!!! I added rosemary and garlic to my fries......again words fail!!!!!!!!!

I ordered on Uber Eats , Turkey Burger .The meat smells funny , it was a small , tiny patty. I said no bun, called the place , the dude that picked up was acting really slow I asked them to do a lettuce wrap instead of the bun they said no problem , their phone kept breaking up and I had to repeat myself , hung up. Got my order , no lettuce wrap & meat smelled weird .I don’t like this place at all. Photos are very edited , when you get the real it just looks awful. Meat was very thin.
