WARNING! If you order over the app, which is a pain in the booty, there is no way to cancel it on your end through the app, and the store will not credit you. So if you order a smoothie and plan on picking it up but they do not have the ingredients they cannot cancel it and you cannot cancel it either. After having a root canal, I ordered a dude perfect Smoothie, and 10 minutes later a young girl calls me to tell me they cannot make my smoothie because they are out of the ingredients. Day two of root canal recovery I tried to order another smoothie and two trail mix. Once again, they are no longer selling trail mix yet they are on the app for selection. So DoorDash delivers me nothing and I am famished. So if they are out of the ingredients, you are up a creek and on your own. Another point is that if you do not like your smoothie, you have to bring it in that very same day and you cannot have drank it. Which makes absolutely no sense, because how do you know that it doesn’t taste good. The Grant Rd. Cypress Texas store is clueless and have no ability to meet customer expectations. Previously managers had told me I was such a good customer I and could come in if something didn’t taste right and switch it out anytime. I am a loyal customer but the store is going down in service, quantity control and training the workersz bless their hearts these young workers have no idea what’s going on so be sure before you order something it’s going to be there for you to pick it up. Otherwise you’re stuck and the most you can do is call your credit card company because Smoothie King will not give you a credit. Very POOR SERVICE and lack of A knowledgeable staff. They change rules once a month do not keep ingredients stocked up and it is going way downhill. Not very good because there’s a Chick-fil-A right across the street now. Oh well!

Waited in the drive thru nearly a good 15 /20 minutes waiting on one smoothie. On another be half we then asked for a cup of water and was charged for it but then was later told they don’t sell water . So you basically just made me buy a cup for no reason. Customer service is is 3/10 ??

I came in last night 5 minutes before closing and ordered 3 smoothies as well as a smoothie bowl and the girls manning the store were very kind. They made everything quickly and had a great attitude. Their customer service was impeccable I highly recommend this Smoothie King!

I order the same drink for my daughter after her training every week at least 3x a week. I ordered it and they made it wrong. They want me to pay another $10 for them to remake the manager said that it was ok to lose a customer because that's what the owner says should happen when they make a drink wrong.

I ask for a plastic cup every time I go and they give me styrofoam. It's not that big of a deal but it is irritating when they even repeat it back to me. I'm asking for a reason. I know they have them because I've had them in the past. Employees are friendly and nice but just can not get it right.
