I have tried to pick up from this Sonic multiple times. Always very rude and even forgot my drink one time. Worst Sonic I have ever been to!

Noticed, two Sonic's on Barker Cypress. One is a mile off Hwy. 290. Other location is 6.5 mi. off Hwy 290.Went for the Blackout Slush- Floa, really good. Then got all beef chili dog, really good as well. I went on a weekday afternoon.First time at this Barker Cypresslocation. It was a pleasant, late afternoon.

The Ched r Peppers are delicious, they are the only reason I go, but it does get crowded and it shows that they do not train their employees properly, 30 minutes waiting for them to take our order, three times we had to change parking lots to order ar and twice we got someone else's order.

Judith at store location was extremely rude!When I asked for my order to be corrected she said “that’s how it come and I can’t do anything about it” When I asked for a refund she then said “give me the freaking ticket, and throw away the drink”Again, she is extremely rude, unprofessional, and has ZERO customer service skills!

They gave me a clearly sour/expired shake. Also, the first 5-6 drive in stalls are out of order. ALSO, a semi truck driver blocked me in as soon as I got my order.

ordered THREE shakes and once me and my children took a sip we all collectively realized this sour taste in our mouth and when i called to try to handle the situation they would NOT answer my calls!

I purchased 2 #1 hotdog combos which are clearly a beefdog with onions, relish and peppers. Why do they insist on giving out chili cheese dogs instead. I told them beef at the window and here I am getting this sloppy dog that I didn’t want. I was on my way from work and by the time I recognized it was wrong I was too far away and too much traffic away from going back. I attempted to call but they refused to pick up the phone.

20 minutes of waiting for my food to get a hotdog that is over 3 hours old.... Do not go to this location. Lady who took the order was rude and dismissive too.

Do not apply to work here. They are always hiring but can never keep anybody. I have worked there for about a month and a half. They call people in expecting them to drop everything and come to work. I don't accept one call in because I'm busy working and running my pressure washing business and I get fired, but here's the catch I'm not told I'm fired I am told by my co workers. The GM had one employee who missed a week of work without calling in or calling out but still works there but people who are busy doing adult things are not considered dependable but people who miss a week of work are considered dependable. Good luck in court James, Maria, Marco, Regina. It is illegal to fire somebody without notifying them. Just a heads up.
