Tough times for businesses! Fill your cup 80% full of ice and refuse to give you a refill as a dine in guest. “You can buy another drink.” We can also eat elsewhere. No wonder Chick-fil-A outperforms every other fast food restaurant.

I manage a different Sonic location, but came with a friend for brunch and right off the bat it was bad.All the stall screens were off except for 3, and when pulling into a stall on the outside, we were told to immediately move closer to the building by the teen girl on the PA, so the employees wouldn't have to walk more. Upon attempting to order, I was cut off 3 times, they didn't even get my order right when I asked them to repeat it back, and they wouldn't even let me pay.If you were my employees I would fire you all mercilessly. District Manager is being informed.

We pulled up to get breakfast and most the screens were off closest to the building, so we went to the one that was on the other side which meant a small walk to deliver the food. They proceeded to ask us to pull to a closer stall to the building, when trying to explain they were off we were ignored.Regardless we pulled closer and still the screens were off but we decided what we wanted and pressed the button, when she answered before my man said one min please she proceeded with “hello?!” He said “one second please” and we hear “HELLO!!” So I then proceed to say “ ONE MIN PLEASE!” Mind you all he needed was one second to verify the 2 things I asked for because I am a type one diabetic and can’t have certain things. She proceeded with “press then Butten when you’re ready then!” We pressed the button someone else answered we ordered and they shut off our stall and ignored us luckily before paying.

Atmosphere of 4 only because it can be difficult to drive into and out of. But I don't hold this against them because service has always been exceptional. The food has been great, and if there is ever a problem they are always apologetic and eager to fix mistakes. If I have a choice of any Sonic in this area, I will go out of my way to purchase from this location. Even if it can be difficult and confusing to drive into.

My family and I came to this location to get dinner. When I checked my order I noticed they didn’t put the correct order in the bags. The order was completely wrong. When I told the manager, he asked what I had ordered. I pointed to the signage they had displayed which was their current special. He then said, “I have been meaning to remove those signs, that special is over”. He didn’t offer to correct the order or make it right. I was pretty shocked. A few days later as I’m driving past this location. I noticed the signs are still up. The signs at the West Rd & Barker Cypress location were up as well. So basically this little manager lied to my face and didn’t want to replace my order. I didn't want anything for free. Just the food I ordered. I’ve never stopped at this location again and will continue to tell others about this location. Terrible customer service, food was terrible/slimy. They’d get ZERO stars if that was an option. I drive out of my way to the West Rd. location for now on. That location made sure to go above and beyond when I told them about my experience at the Fry Rd. location.

The service is always very slow at this location. Many of the signs and stalls are damaged and unusable. The food is ok, but not worth the wait.

I have drove out of my way for months to another location due to the disrespectful service here and food quality. I was in a hurry and needed to stop here for a drink this morning, no answer at the drive thru pulled up to the window and nobody in sight, honked my horn no response, went to a stall and finally got a response to somebody (young female) who was giggle the whole time I was ordering when I had to repeat it three times. I eventually left and just continued to my destination. Guess things haven’t changed much.

Rude employees,the speakers are not working, don't go to this location and most of all they were laughing at the issue. Very disrespectful is what these teenagers now a days learn they have no idea of what great customer service is.

Very disappointed with our last 2 visits at night here. Staff is rude, gave us our food and said nothing and closed the window. Food was terrible and the gentleman kept talking over us while trying to order our food. We will not be coming back. Only reason for 2 stars is the afternoon staff has been really great but unfortunately we tend to come in the evenings.
