it was my 1st time there, the variety was mind-blowing, plus your order is cut and prepared right in front of you. the huge dining isn't formal, but the food makes up for it... I could hardly walk out, and the Blue Bell ice cream was delicious. This review was sad for me to make.My review history is filled with wonderful experiences or experiences that still left me hopeful.It has been a while since I visited this location. It was so disappointing ?.The Barbeque was dry even with extra sauce, the Mac & Cheese was a macaroni soup, if there was cheese it was so diluted you couldn't taste it.They were extremely understaffed. And generally rude and not helpful. The one thing that could have saved the meal would have been hot rolls. However, despite being almost empty, the only person taking care of the rolls was running food and other services. I went to ask her if I may take some for the table, and it took longer than it was worth.I mentioned as I first entered that I had never seen this restaurant so empty during lunch hour. As I left, I knew I would not be back. It's so sad because there was a time when it was very good.It has been a few weeks since this was posted. I noticed almost all of the reviews received a response, unless your review was critical. II don't want a response now. I would suggest you actually look at the food before you pay!

Spring Creek Barbecue is a throw back to the early 1990s when I was growing up and still delivers the goods today. Now the food isn’t as good as some of the best barbecue joints out there but it’s still a solid spot and especially for large parties. It’s not pretentious. You can get unlimited rolls which are delicious. Very good ribs, brisket and very kid friendly. We enjoyed ourselves.Kid-friendliness: There’s ice cream / cobbler for kids
