Y’all need to hire more people! My mobile order took 15 EXTRA minutes to be made because they were so slammed. I get it, it’s the morning and everyone needs their Java boost but 25 minutes total between when I placed the order and walked out with it is ridiculous. My drink was also supposed to have extra caramel chunks and I paid extra for it and she put 1 shake on it.I know I may sound like a Karen but it’s seriously a horrible way to start the day; don’t be like Walmart...read full review
Nice young man that was working. He made my drink precisely how I asked and was very welcoming while being the only one working. Would definitely recommend coming to this Starbucks in Kroger!

AMY is so amazing!!! I ordered an "oatmeal cookie" that I saw on social media. It was so amazing. The next day I had it another Starbucks that didn't taste nearly as good. She is so kind and really adds all the extras to it! Go see Amy!
