My favorite Starbucks!!! My coffee is always perfect. It’s always hot. Ms. Leisa does a wonderful job & so has everyone else I’ve encountered when she isn’t there. If you are new to Starbucks don’t be afraid to try new drinks as they are patient however they will perfect your favorite drink!!

I always receive above and beyond customer service from Yesi and Trey at my local Starbucks in this Kroger. I just moved here a few months ago and I'm a daily Starbucks drinker and easily make friends with my local barristas. I have to say when ever Yesi is not there, you feel it! She brightens my mornings and my drink is always ready and made correctly. I have received poor and outright rude customer service from other barristas at this location and have reported it to Yesi. Since then, I feel the overall customer service has greatly improved! It's so wonderful to see a company that supports Hispanic women in management! Go Kroger and thank Yesi for everything you do, you rock!

Worker Karyna ignored my order after I had placed it waited 20 minutes and kept giving people their orders after me even after I told her hey is my order almost ready she still kept ignoring it and giving more people behind me theirs. It was only a sandwich & banana nut bread for my 3 year old. Not sure why she treated me different than any other customer. Any other time I’ve gone usually everyone else is super nice and polite.

I understand employees being new and trying to train. But we went and waited 40 minutes and did not get one of our coffees before we gave up. They filled 4 orders before mine (people that got there after us). My daughter got hers 20 minutes before my son and was finished by the time he got his. His was wrong and they just stared at me like the did not understand, the sticker said VT (venti), they have him a grande. When I asked about my drink they could not find the cup, I told them they had filled 4 other orders of people that ordered after me, their response, “we are just trying to make the drink”. You can’t get a refund from them you have to go to Kroger customer service to get it . Never going back.

I don't understand why grocery store Starbucks are always so terrible. The drinks always come out bad and they are never friendly. The barista at this location was not nice, did not have most items to make drinks in stock and the only drink I ended up getting was not made correctly and I threw it away. Starbucks needs to do a better job of hiring friendly workers that can handle using basic espresso machine.

To the woman employee who was working all by herself this morning, you are a rockstar! You managed to make both of the drinks I ordered correctly and in an efficient manner. You were friendly even when busy. Now Starbucks just needs to find a way to be able to tip on the app because I for sure would have tipped you had I had any cash on me! Thank you!
