Lovely Lady

This lady had a long line in subway. You have a person with the same ethnicity as you to go from waiting in line to purchase and leave. While other customers been waiting well over 15 minutes to be serve.That was disrespectful to all customers and racist in the process.

3 lady's were there 2 of them didn't speak English and I couldn't communicate my order also while she was making my sandwich she sneezed on it then overcharged me for 2 Black forest Ham sandwiches and a Meatball sub I go back inside to address this discrepancy after I noticed it on my receipt and the lady proceeded to tell me that they changed the prices only the menu price that was still on display to the public was 2 dollars cheaper she charged me for 2 double meat Homerun Ham which I didn't get nor ordered and charged me for the Boss instead of the Meatball when she refused to correct it I asked for the managers number and also the district managers number and then she looked at me with total disgust and told me she didn't have it.... this is the worst subway experience I have ever encountered at any store ive ever been in absolutely disgraceful

This location used to be a lot better years back. They 9 times out of 10 get the order wrong. They are stingy with ingredients. $10+ for a foot long that barely has anything on it. They need to do better. Go to Jersey Mikes instead.

The experience with this store was unbelievable the staff is not trained in any shape or form to handle customer service they just repeat the same thing to over and over again instead of figuring it out. Oh and if you have a complaint they will block your number or act like a fool that they can't hear you. Don't go here ever!

Ordered online to make sure food got made by the time I got to the restaurant. When I got there, they said I had no order and got all defensive even when I showed them my order confirmation I was emailed. After like 10 minutes of going back and forth, they finally just gave up and made my food like 20 minutes after it was supposed to be done. The kicker was that the food was undercooked and not made right. Terrible employees who clearly should not be working anywhere where people are involved and they should be ashamed of themselves. Highly recommend avoiding here at all costs. And if the manager is reading this, please consider firing there vile workers?

Do not go to this restaurant, the quality and service is the worst of all, I ordered a Rost beef sandwich that supposedly includes 1/2 pound and they put 2.4 Oz in it, that is, the rost beef was not even visible, I bought two sandwiches and asked to have them for me. They will deliver in separate bags. And they didn't and when I told them they responded that they are not there to give away bags when it is my right.

They suck. That's it. They just really suck and they're so dumb! My "no bready" bowl also had little to no lettuce. It was barely half filled. My double meat was the regular amount and the pieces of fresh mozzarella were pathetic. My mom got an entirely different sandwich altogether. They gave her a BMT instead of a BLT and no double meat as requested. This location needs to either go under new management and fire all employees and start fresh, or just close altogether. They're always screwing up. And my dad just got back from there and they said they're only supposed to fill it up to the line in the middle of the bowl. The newly made BLT extra meat is barely any meat at all. 8 tiny pieces of bacon, and the lettuce looks old and wilted and starting to brown. All they did for mine was slap some wet slices of meat on top to "rectify" their idiocy. Didn't chop the meat or any of it like subway usually does. Just whole slices slapped in there. The woman working there gave him a hard time. Didn't offer a refund or to remake mine. (Ordered for pickup 11/09 @ 1:40). Only going to the spring Cypress location from now on.

Can yall please get rid of the speech impediment, toothless, mentally deficient lady that has been a blight on this location for probably a decade. I was hoping to wait her out. I hate having to repeat everything ive said 3 times, so I switched to online and its never been ready when i got there once cause this lady. Please find any reason to can her she sucks.

Service was fast, staff were friendly and courteous. My Philly cheese steak protein bowl was ok. The meat was pretty stringy. Good flavor combination but very tough and chewy.Inside was clean and quieter than some Subways.I would eat here again.

The service at noon on a Wednesday was efficient and polite, food was the usual Subway tasty, and I was out of there in less than ten minutes. Not sure what's changed from the complaining reviews of the last few years, but I didn't have any issue.

I ordered ahead 2 hours to pick my order up at 610p and I got there at 610 after getting an email at 555p saying my order was being prepared.I got there at 610 and only then did Charlene begin. She took approximately 15 minutes to make 4 sandwiches - 3 which involved no vegetables. One sandwich she had to do over because when she went to add the pepper, the entire lid came off and dumped all the pepper on it.Even knowing that I was sitting right in front of her waiting for my order, at no time did she move with a sense of urgency (in contrast, her coworker began and ended THREE orders within the same time). Charlene took her time, at times LEANING on the bread with her hands while TOSSING cheese and meats back in the containers. She was sloppy both in appearance and how she handled and prepared the food.I NEVER write reviews, certainly not to complain about a specific person. But we are no longer coming to this location because this is the 4th time in a row we've had substandard service. It is clearly not being run according to Subway's once excellent standard. As there is a Jason's Deli, Schlotskys and Jersey Mike's this is embarrassing.
