3 1/2 really Bakery goods are very tasty and well priced. But not the most friendly customer service. Very short and overall uninterested. The owner was running the counter when I visited to buy a few cookies. Cookies were perfect, but when I'm splurging on unnecessary goods, customer service matters to me. Great at baking, would suggest investing in even a little bit of small talk. Customers can sense when you don't care. Normally this wouldn't bother me but it was almost an aggressive amount of disinterest. Somewhat insulting when I'm spending my hard earned money at your establishment. Not asking anyone to fake it, but be respectful. Won't be returning despite how good the baked goods were.

I normally go to these guys for their quality work. But this time they fell short. Super disappointed. 1st picture shows previous cake . 2nd is current one.They offered to fix it up next day when the decorator is present. But it was too late for me.But it tasted great.

I've order two birthday cakes from Suzy's so far and both have been great, made my daughter very happy for her birthday. I did choose a color heavy design on the first cake, so word of advice, don't go with a dark blue fondant all over. That's on me though. The second cake was a beautiful woodsy forest stump and they did a wonderful job on it. The chocolate bark was delicious and the fondant work and roses were piped perfectly. The cake was moist and total overkill with the chocolate, just the way we like it. We had leftovers for days!Also tried the macarons to, my daughter loved them.

Will be returning for future cakes! My daughter wanted a cake that she saw on a picture that came with her kuromi lanyard. While the top would’ve been a bit harder for them to do I decided we could simple it down and communicated exactly how I wanted it with them and they exceeded my expectations and beyond! Bonus points for it tasting good as well!
Everyone in the party loved the cake and asked where it was from. The way it was decorated to the flavors of the cakes and fillings were so delicious we had no leftovers.
This is the first time that I’ve ordered cookies from this bakery. They were super moist and delicious! I would definitely recommend this bakery to others.
