I’m currently on a diet and am limited to what I can and can’t eat. First time came here ordered rice sweet potato, avocado, and lettuce and chickpea. Service was alright the girl who served me does not know how to work in customer service, looked like she did not want to be there and didn’t want me there either. That isn’t what really bothered me. Like I get it. However when I ate the food I found maybe a mosquito? Idk what type of bug it was I usually complain but I just did not have the right energy with the employees that they would accommodate me. So I just threw it away. The only thing on my bowl that tasted good was the rice everything else was mid. My bowl also cost 14$ definitely not worth the price.The sitting area is nice food looks very appealing but the taste isn’t so great. Won’t be back I rather go to cava.

Amazing food, just very pricey. The things I wanted most were an extra $2-$3 so it can really build up your price very quickly. Outside of price, super yummy!

The salads are good. Stay away from the build your own bowls and don't add other ingredients into the pre built ones and you won't be surprised by the cost (they charge for every additional topping).The salad bowl is big but you're getting normal to small portions when it comes to the ingredients that actually fill you up. You get about a heaping 1/2 cup of meat and/or rice.If you're a man or have high metabolism, prepare to be hungry again in a few hours.

This is the place for fresh veggies! The combination of flavors and textures to the Bowls are fantastic! Sauce on the side means you sample to discover your fav. Raise a Sweet Greens fork to your health!

Recently ate at sweet green for the first time here at the cypress location. I was asked would you like avocado, bacon and other little items added to my salad, casually I said yes. I get to the register and my total was almost $30. I paid, left and vowed that I wouldn’t eat here again. If you are going to ask your customers if they want certain items let them know it is an upcharge for those items.It was asked to me as if it was complementary .I had no idea and will never be back because of this. Teach your employees better than this. The food was good but that tactic was very sneaky and unethical.

Both staff members were aware of gluten allergies & directed me to something I could eat ! Store was clean and plenty of clean tables to sit at! Serving station was clean and did not look like there was much risk of cross contamination. Thanks for the great & quick service !!!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options available

My third time trying sweet green, I will say there are better locations. I feel like she rushed through my order and gave me very small portions. Items didn’t seem fresh. Probably won’t be coming back kinda disappointed in the quality… especially when you’re paying $20 for a salad.

I am posting this review to highlight the service issues, not the food, at this establishment. My encounters with one of the main managers have consistently been marred by her discourteous behavior. Recently, I arrived early for an online order, not realizing the place hadn't opened yet. The manager's approach in communicating the delay—rudely telling me that my order wouldn't be ready until 10:45 am—was more problematic than the delay itself. Understanding that I couldn't wait due to a work commitment, I attempted to cancel the order. However, she not only ignored my request but also instructed her staff to disregard me. This left me stranded in the parking lot, waiting unnecessarily and risking being late for another job. I kept attempting to ask her to cancel my order instead and she ignored me and she also made all of her coworkers ignore me… it very rude and did not appreciate her attitude.Moreover, when I tried to cancel the order through the app, it refused a refund, falsely claiming my order was being prepared. In reality, I could see the staff, including the manager, sitting idly inside the store. This complete disregard for customer service and the manager's persistently rude attitude towards a simple cancellation request were highly disappointing and unprofessional.The food here is great but the main manager is very rude….I wish they hired a more professional manager it’s not what you say it’s all about how you say it and how you treat the customer.
