“A cozy restaurant with comforting food. We got the xiaolong bao, smoked duck, and mapo tofu. The duck was very crispy and piping hot, the xiaolong bao was delicious, and the tofu reminded my husband of home cooked Chinese food he had growing up. The mapo tofu was spicy, but only in the way that numbs your tongue and makes water taste salty. I’ve reviewed an American-style Chinese takeout restaurant, but this will be our go-to authentic Chinese restaurant going forward.“
“This is a hidden gem in the northwest Houston area and has been a great little restaurant for us to find gluten-free Chinese food at. We particularly love their dry fried spicy fish, wood ear mushrooms, and shrimp rolls! Highly recommend. We'll be back again!#glutenfreeDietary restrictions: Gluten free options available“
“Excellent food! We ordered a lychee martini, pork soup dumplings, scallion pancake, Dan Dan noodles (no peanuts), spicy crispy chicken and pork belly with bun (not pictured). You could tell it was all fresh. I recommend all the dishes we tried! Went on a Sunday afternoon. Wasn’t too crowded but still plenty of people there.“
