The food was rough. The steak was chewy, cold and old tasting. The Fuego Fries were ok, but just regular fried frozen fries with the old steak on them. The street corn tasted fresh, but they dumped so many toppings on it that it was inedible. It was too expensive to be that mediocre. The guy behind the counter was nice. But the cook seemed angry and didn't want to be looked at.

$15 for a burrito! The Burria was good, but the toppings lacked selection, only 1 type of rice and either feta cheese (which belongs on salads) or mozzarella (which belongs on pizza, not burritos). $6 for elote which amounted to some canned corn that didn't taste great, $3 drink, & $3 queso that was not only a tiny condiment portion but also didn't include chips. Basically $30 after tax for a meal that was extremely lackluster and much better can be had at Freebirds down the street. I wanted to like this place, but it's not worth the bland flavors meeting a sky high price.

Overall, my experience at Taco Fuego was fantastic. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The restaurant had a vibrant and colorful decor that added to the overall ambiance. I had the opportunity to try a variety of tacos from their menu, and each one was a delight. The tortillas were perfectly soft and had a slight char, adding a delicious smoky flavor. The ingredients used in the tacos were fresh and of high quality. The meats were juicy and tender, and the vegetables were crisp and flavorful. It was evident that Taco Fuego takes pride in sourcing their ingredients. In terms of value, Taco Fuego offers a great bang for your buck. The portion sizes were generous, and the prices were reasonable for the quality of the food. Overall, I highly recommend Taco Fuego to taco lovers. The combination of delicious tacos, vibrant atmosphere, and friendly service make it a top-notch taco place. Whether you're craving classic flavors or want to try unique combinations, Taco Fuego is sure to satisfy your taste buds.

This place is a hidden gem in Cypress, TX! Birria tacos were spot on with a delicious compote for dipping. Best street corn I’ve had in the burbs too! Service was fast and the atmosphere was modern and welcoming. We are adding Taco Fuego to our rotation!

This location has down hill- not sure what is going on. The quality and presentation has taken a drastic decrease. For perspective- the flautas I got should look like the first pic- the second pic is what I got… so disappointing to see this location take a turn for the worst.
