Had always loved coming here but yesterday night 2/03 I slipped when I was going to go sit down. It was so wet and yes it had the sign but not even in the middle so I was trying to be careful but it was wet all the way until the end. They made me feel stupid to see if I didn’t see the sign and I said yes but wasn’t were it was suppose to be at. I just laughed bc I was so embarrassed but felt stupid they kept asking me if I didn’t see the sign. They didn't even offered anything which I was not thinking of asking bc of it but I was thinking they might have but it's okay. I wasn’t going to be rude or anything and they kept asking but the sign was there. I did got hurt and lower back hurts as well and when I woke up I had a huge bruises from where I was trying to hold myself to the chair.

Service was good but the last plate we order came with a cheese puff my brother in law eat it and discovered a pise of rubber gloves in it. We ask for the mgr. She said she was sorry but she try to dismiss it like it was nothing!

I went to this place for my sisters in law’s sister’s birthday , we decided to give it a try but if I can give 0 stars I will. I spoke to a waitress and explained him that I would love to order some mix combo. This was in the lunch hour. He said they have a house combo which contains the chicken , shrimp, steak for an extra price , I said it would be only me and my mom was ordering only a shaggy dog. After food came in and received my bill they literally charged me for every protein , chicken $10.45, shrimp $11.95 and Steak $11.95. I paid $34.35 for my plate. If I would want that I would get 3 times everything but I did not. This is not a house combo and IT SHOULD explain it to the guest. I was highly offended and disappointed by this. 1 soup, 1 vegetable , 3 shrimps , half a chicken breast and 4 pieces of meat with the rice. This is very upsetting to take advantage of the guest. I will never come back to this place.
Location is nice. The lady that seats you made us feel rushed. The sushi was the best thing and it was made really fast. The hibachi was good but the vegetables tasted a little burnt and weird. Their yum yum sauce had a weird taste as well. I would go back here for sushi though.

I wish I could rate 0 Stars. They are not friendly. They are racist and don’t like African Americans. Upon entry to pick up my personal pickup order(not a third party order), employees saw me, but no one acknowledged me at all. They saw me standing there, no one spoke or asked how could they help me. No customer service at all. Just read the 1 star reviews on here and other sites and we all say the customer service is horrible. The Bartender just looked at me, and the two waiters all just looked at me, like” why is she here”. So finally about 10 minutes later, the lady waitress finally came over, never spoke, never said thank you for waiting, she only asked “ how can I help you?”. She was so rude, has a baddd attitude, and no customer service at all.

I like this place a lot. Usually come here with my sister every once in a while. It’s never been too busy here, service is prompt, food is fine, and the price is manageable. Don’t be dissuaded by that one reviewer claiming this place is “racist” against African American women; me and my sister have never felt discriminated against here.
