Update: I’ve been coming here since July when it was Tea Star & recently they just changed ownership & they are wonderful people! For my daughter’s birthday, the owner offered a free toy & milk tea that they use with high quality ingredients. I can tell the big difference between the drinks made from Tea Villa which has more of a nice rich taste in their milk teas & today, they even gave her some free cheese sticks to go along with her fries. Great customer service!Very relaxing & quiet place to hang out while waiting for my son at his Martial art class next door. I got the taro boba and thai boba tea. The fresh tapiocas are really soft and chewy! My daughter loves it!

This place is under new ownership with a completely different menu. They have lots of great options including food. Their space is really roomy and clean with lots of places to sit and games to play. They even have a few toys for smaller kids. I have ordered their honey green tea and their white peach green tea 50% sugar level, and both were made just right. My favorite was the white peach green tea. Staff was friendly and helpful. This is our new go to boba spot on this side of fry rd.

Every drink and food here is made with care! Every time I come, I get generous and sweet service, which makes me feel happy! The unique combination of dining tables, chairs, high and low sofas, chess, Lego toys, playing cards, etc. in the lobby and corridors create a harmonious and elegant atmosphere, creating a perfect office environment!
