The Burger Ranch has shut down, but Blue Byrds Coffee trailer is open. The employees are great, and the Coffee is DELICIOUS. The muffins are HUGE! I recommend stopping by for sure ?

Lovely day! Delicious food! Friendly, attentive server! Loved Bri who helped us pick from the menu! For a starter, we got the fried pickles which came with 3 delicious sauces! Our teen Daughter had to get to an event soon so they got her burger out lightening fast! So appreciated! But Hubby, son son & I and stayed on for more delicious food and had a chill afternoon. Next time going to try the platters! Highly recommend for Cypress peeps looking for that unique, local hang perfect for families! And they have live music on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays! Support local Cypress! This family will def be back soon!

We arrived at the Blue Bird Burger Shack about 5:45 Saturday evening. I walked to the hostess stand and was told to sit at a table and a server would come take our order. No one came and after ten minutes the couple at the next table, having also waited in vain for a server, suggested we go to the bar and order ourselves. At the bar I ordered two burgers, but the lady said I would need to get the number of our table before she could place the order. I did that and she told me a server would bring our order to us. When I got to the table I found that the bucket of beers I had ordered from the “Bottles” portion of the menu was not Shiner Blonde as I had ordered, but Shiner Blonde Light, low carb, low cal and barely palatable; though most disappointed I let it go. 30 minutes later and no burgers, I asked a server walking by if she could check on our order, she said she would and I never saw her again. 50 minutes after I ordered I went to the hostess station where 3 employees, two teenagers and a young man about 30, were. After none of them greeted me I said hello, the older guy said “how ya doin” and walked away. I then asked the teenaged boy if he could check on my order, he explained that he was engaged with a party and could not help me. Frustrated I walked away and saw another server and asked if she could check on my order, she took my name and walked away, I never spoke to her again. At 60 minutes after I placed my order I saw the bar tender with whom I’d placed the order, she promised to check on it and get back to me which she did. An hour and ten minutes after I ordered our $14 burgers were brought to us by a twelve year old boy; the onion rings were hot, nothing else was. The burgers were OK, certainly not the “Best in Cypress” but by that point we’d have probably eaten anything. They’ve got a great location and potential out there. We came out to see one of our favorite local bands, The Sparky Parker Band, they we fabulous as usual, but the overall experience was a huge disappointment. The wrong beers in my bucket, horrible service, and mediocre burgers that took 70 minutes to get, all for $71 bucks.Good luck little Birdie.

Ate here the other day and it was a truly terrible experience. There is no clear way to reach the hostess seating? When you do you'll stand there while no one says anything to you. Finally they tell you to take a menu and pick a seat but don't show you where the menus are. When you do find your table your waitress won't show up for over 20 minutes even though there's only about 3 other tables there.... I genuinely don't think there was any positive thing to write about this place other than the outdoor playground for the kids which was already here before this newest restaurant opened up.The food was literally terrible and took 45 minutes to come out... it was 3 kids meals!! The kids fries had so much pepper on them it was even inedible for me and I like spicy things! Why would you put that on kids fries? The bread was stale and grilled cheese was literally crisp but not cheesy? HOW. It took over 15 minutes to even get a water. The water was the best part.I hardly ever leave reviews but this place just wasn't good. They also had kids working here delivering food to tables. If you just don't care about your restaurant or customers please don't even bother opening. Because no one had any explanation at all for the poor service, food, and wait.

I wish with all of my heart that there was a zero star option. And this is something that I have never and hope to never wish again. We came here today at 4:45 and ordered immediately. We ordered a chicken sandwich, kids sliders, and fried pickles (as an appetizer)Our chicken sandwich and sliders came out at 6:05 (after an hour and 15 minutes) since then, we have asked about our fried pickles multiple times and as I sit here and type this, they STILL have not shown up. TWO literal hours for fried pickles. What’s worse is that nobody who works here cares. No sense of urgency, no sense of responsibility. Nobody apologized. The concept of this place is cute but I will NEVER EVER eat here again

Negitive 100 stars is the rating Let's start by saying this 82$ was total highway robbery. The food was HORRIBLE.... grease soaked and made bu a bunch of junior high and high school kids with dirty gloves. We watched the kids come out of the kitchen with trash cans ,throwing ball running around. A kid not older than 13 served out food. Our waitress made to cover the whole outside by herself. We never got a check so I went to the register outside , this is where the kitchen is. I ask for the check . Then I ask are you changing hour gloves as one boy comes running in and jumps into the kitchen after playing outside and starts cooking. So I say, ok so you're not changing you're gloves? Do you know how nasty that is? As the kids are laughing.... I ask the question again. A boy that looks to be 12 snaps at me. I asked his name , he didn't want to tell me , I ask again. I request a manager he says yea my mom. I told him do you think this excuses your behavior ? He then walks off to get his mom. She comes out saying whats up mama... its obvious I would be wasting my time replaying the situation. WHAT KINDA PLACE HAS THIS TURNED INTO? I will be contacting the BBB and authorities as this is what's called child labor. Your all in danger of getting horribly sick as I'm sure the Jr high students cooking with the dirty gloves has 0 idea about food safety.

If you want someplace to take your family where kids can be kids, the owners are personable, and is family oriented, this place is for you! They make great food and it is a true family run business where old time values of everyone pitching in to be successful is encouraged.

First visit after seeing very juicy posted pictures. A little confusing at first because they seem to be going through a name change.Very good seasoned burgers and sides, BUT I made mistake of unknowingly ordering food in the last hour ANY restaurant is open. NEVER ORDER FOOD THE LAST HOUR BEFORE CLOSE.The 2 burgers we ordered were both over cooked (slightly past well done) and much too dry. Without specifying doneness, no burger should be cooked this well done. Error though was on me for not asking for Med cooked burgers.I'm confident about going back again and getting a really good burger because the meat seasoning would have been excellent had the burger been cooked less dry like all the posted juicy pictures. The seasoned sweet potato fries were the best I ever had.The mashed potatoes and country gravy were as good as we make at home. Our server Jordan was great, as were the bartenders at indoor full bar. Got to enjoy the end of live stage band entertainment.Mostly outdoor picnic table seating with some indoor tables.Look forward to trying them again.

The first time I came not too long ago was the worst experiences in a restaraunt I’ve ever had. Kids were working (ended up belonging to manager lady who it seems like let’s her whole family work there), waiters and cooks were playing outside and not washing their hands nobody knew what they were doing. There were so many other issues but basically it was -5 stars. I never leave reviews like ever but after coming in today and seeing the same manager with more kids and a man with her in the bar and waiting forever for her to come back inside from smoking and not only was she distracted with her whole family there again but she was wearing flip flops…. Is that even allowed in the restaurant business? I paid for over seasoned cold food, and the prices were too high. I’m all for teaching young age appropriate kids to work but this girl is going to run this place into the ground. Everyone else kind of acted like they knew what they were doing, there was one dude there waiting on every table outside. Maybe if she was wearing the right work clothes she could have helped. Uniforms people. Seems like a chill spot and I’ve heard music is great there but nobody wants to be around problems that could be solved with better management.

We came on a beautiful Sunday afternoon. There were about 3 or 4 other tables seated. It took the waitress a long time to come up to us to get our drink over. It took forever to get our drinks. It took 20 mins to get our appetizer of fried pickles and sweet potato fries and they were cold. She never did actually take our food order, my husband had to go to the counter to give it.We never got drink refills, we had to do it ourselves and there was no ice. The machine was also dirty. We ordered burgers and somehow the buns were toasted yet cold. The burgers were also cold. My husband got the vaquero burger, which was supposed to have queso, but instead it had 3 rectangles of cold white cheese. It was neither queso, nor melted. The side salad came out with no dressing. Burgers and fries had no ketchup. There were at least 3 people working. 1 guy was giving out the alcoholic drinks 1 drink at a time. He’d deliver 1 drink to a table, go all the way back to the inside and come out with 1 more drinkWe had our appetizers and 4 more tables sat and didn’t even get their drinks for another 20 mins. By the time we left, one of those tables still didn’t have drinks. We spent 100$ on this meal and all of the food was cold… all of the fries were cold when they hit the table. The service was sooo slow.

I really enjoyed Burger Ranch! The atmosphere, staff, food, and drinks were amazing! We ordered the wings, bunless burger, and a side salad. The burger meat was seasoned really well and was juicy and the sauce on the wings were delicious. I also really enjoyed getting the Austin feel without having to drive to Austin. Will definitely be going back especially to check out their events!

Was here for an event with a set menu. Cheeseburger was good, the bun makes it. It is fresh, pliable, strong (doesn't fall apart), and slightly chewy. Fries are good, hand cut and seasoned. A bit salty for me, but that's okay.Kid-friendliness: Huge playground.

This was my first time here, this place hosted our 43rd toy run. They were not prepared for us they didn't have enough staff one bar tender for 300 bikers doesn't work. They ran out of beer a couple of hours into the event, they did go get more by the end of the event. But this place does looks fun and they have a great stage for music and lots of out door seating and a little area in doors.
