I had the pleasure of sampling many items from this local business. My most recent discovery is the individual peach cobbler servings. These servings represent the best of both worlds, combining an old-fashioned peach cobbler recipe with a classic pie. There's a flaky homemade pie crust, fresh peaches, and a cinnamon-scented biscuit cobbler topping. Michelle, aka the pie lady, was very sweet and helpful. She went out of her way to make sure I received my order even though it was one of their busiest weekends. I would have liked more Carmel on the Carmel Apple pie, it was still pretty good.
