I am currently visiting Cypress from Australia and while searching for healthier food options, I stumbled upon this hidden gem. The service was excellent and the menu was full of delicious and nutritious options. My daughters and I were impressed with the flavorful and well-presented dishes, as well as the friendly staff. I highly recommend this place!

Stopped by Vitality Bowl today (Barker Cypress @ 290) and ordered the Power Panini and a smoothie. It was super tasty and quick. Also, the young lady was super friendly and helpful with the menu. Definitely will come back!

Daniel always does a phenomenal job with my orders. Every single time I have gotten something it always made with love and care. My usual go to's are the super food bowl and the vitality wrap. These were both recommendations when I was unsure of what to get and it's all I've ever ordered ever since. I'm so glad to have come across a great place that only has great food but also a great atmosphere and wonderful customer service. Also love watching the cartoons when I get the chance to sit in there! ??Vegetarian options: The food is mostly fruits and vegetables honestly. I'm vegan so my go to is usually the vitality wrap and superfood bowl but there are many other options to choose from!
