I ordered a salad for myself and chicken nuggets for my Service Dog. I asked for the regular nuggets. When I got home, I discovered the nuggets were spicy. I called 4 times and the phone was NEVER answered. I was the only drive through customer, so why the mistake? This is the second time this happens at this location. Never again!!!!

I will NEVER return to this location - If zero stars was an option, that's what I would use. Seems like they always mess at least one thing up with every order. My husband just went through the drive-thru and ordered a burger and fries for himself, plus a 6-piece regular nugget and large fries for me. He got home and found two burgers and two fries in the bag. He went back to get the nuggets, and the employee asked him if he wanted spicy or regular nuggets - he said regular. He got home with them, and they gave him SPICY nuggets. So as of now I've had a large order of fries for lunch, and that's all. I've given this location so many chances, but as of now I'm just done with them.

Went to this place on Tuesday 08/22/23 @ 5pm. Ordered 2 biggie bags, and both of the meals were cold, horrible fries, also cold, will NOT go to that place any more. It was my 1st and last time, after years of not stopping at a Wendy's. Now I remember why I stopped going to Wendy's!!!

SO Gross. Literally cockroaches on table that ran across granddaughter's hand, flies landing on our food, floor was sticky, upholstery was ripped, the help spoke little English. Really shitty place and I'll never go back.
