Don't bother coming here if you're vehicle can't fit in the drive through. Employees would rather lock up the inside early, not answer the door and watch the baseball game instead of serving
Order online for pickup in the drive thru.. arrived at the location, manager said fries where cooking and told me to park. And then said I had to come in to get my order. Asked why, she said that’s what I have to do, and i said I order for drive thru pick up and I shouldn’t have to come in. the employee who handed me my drink said that he would bring it out… waited 30 minutes, while on the phone Wendy’s corporate before driving away. There wasn’t even anyone in the drive threw behind me

The inside of the restaurant was so hot ?! It felt like outside inside. When I asked why it felt hot he said the AC is broken the guy behind me said it has been like this for a long time! That it has not been fix and that he comes all the time I couldn't enjoy my food cause I was sweating in my food this was super uncomfortable! I will mostly likely not come back and not due to the service they where super friendly and sweet to us ! But the AC in this store needs to be fixed not just for the customers also for the workers. IT IS TOO DAMN HOT NOT TO HAVE AC AND PAY MY MONEY NOT TO ENJOY MY FOOD ! ?

I’ve been avoiding Wendy’s for about ten years. It’s been trash. I actually was pleasantly surprised at this location tonite. People seems nice and the food was fresh. Even the fries were fresh and crispy and not the usual old fries I’m used to getting at Wendy’s. If they keep this up I’ll return regularly.
