Like most Whataburger's, they are slower than Christmas. After 20 minutes they gave me the wrong order. After another 10-15 minutes they brought out my order. The guy was nice and apologized but this is a common symptom among all locations I visit. I rarely go to Whataburger. I love the food but it reminds why I don't go often. One location in Bryan still owes me $18 because they completely forgot about me. It's a management problem.

The cashier at the window was very rude. WeWaited over 20 minutes for our 3 meals to be cooked. The fries came out to us Cold and the drinks were watered down already. Very poor customer service.

You should not come to get your food(s) in this restaurant or else you have to wait about 30-40mins to get your food(s) to be served just because of those lazy employees and also with an uneducated (manager(s) ) . Never ever comeback to this what-wait-burger in this location?

Generally, it’s a great Whataburger went in this morning, and there was a little punk standing at the cash register not letting anybody order while he talked to his girlfriend behind the counter. After a brief altercation telling him to pull his pants up, the staff brought me out my food, and little Ethan said on my way out the door if he sees me coming in here again, he’s gonna spit on it. Apparently Ethan works at Whataburger. You’ll be able to recognize him. He’s the one who can’t grow any hair on his chinny chin, Chin, and speaks, as if he’s a very confused little boy. My breakfast burger with double patties was delicious. Hopefully Whataburger makes better decisions about the people they hire.

My food took 40 mins to come out after they asked to see my receipt they got me my order . My food was cold so I proceeded to go inside there were 3 managers or what looked like mananager none of which acknowledged me. A worker asked what was wrong i said my food was cold but to only get me the fries since i didnt want to wait since i had to go to work. Over all it was a terrible experience and as a manager myself there shouldve been someone there to fix the problem instead of allowing a worker to try and fix it.

Do not work here if you have kids. Do not send them here to this terrible hole store, Mavis is a two person manager she will be nice to the customers and be a total b to her employees and refuse to give them breaks and does not care if you need water or not she will threaten to fire you if you after extra fries for a customer if they get mad. She does not care if you work 8-14 hrs weeks she will lie to you that she cares. No, she doesn't she has her favorites they will get their breaks, but for everyone else to bad, we don't. She said that in the middle of the shift, no one gets breaks. Do not send your kid here to this store. it's the worst job anyone can ask for. I left for a bit and got fired for taking 2 weeks off for my mental health to recover how much of a terrible of a job even my mental health was declining of this job Not even God can't save these people of this hell hole of a job. Do not order from they have a lot of mold they don't do deep cleaning as much as they are supposed to do!(People who care about the American flag ) The American flag was crumbled in the office on the floor and does not care as well for those who care for the American flag !Mavis does not care if you injure yourself in the job she will tell you are faking it and go back to work !Former employe here.
