My daughter & I eat Wingstop almost every Friday. This location is closest to our home. There has always been a young staff on duty, specifically at night. This causes the wait to be longer than it should be, regardless of placing an order 20-30 minutes prior to us picking up. Today was very disturbing seeing that two female employees decided to fry their WHATABURGER FRIES in the oil used for cooking Wingstop’s Food. After frying their WHATABURGER FRIES in the Wingstop Oil, the two lady employees proceeded to take a seat in the dining room along with the customers and ate their food. Once my order was ready I proceeded to the to go area and they went over my order which was correct. I then asked for the Manager on Duty whose name is Cesar.I asked him, “May I ask if your employees are supposed to fry their WHATABURGER food in the Wingstop oil?”.Cesar responded, “It’s about the same thing.”.I then stated, “ That is not what I asked. I asked are your employees supposed to fry their WHATABURGER food in the Wingstop grease where you are cooking all of our food?”.Cesar responded, “No!” as he proceeded to walk off from me.I have a video showing one of the male employees helping to get the WHATABURGER FRIES out of the Wingstop oil and putting it back in the WHATABURGER fry holder. You will also see one of the female employees with her WHATABURGER drink as she proceeds to the dining room. I also have a video if the owner is interested

I literally have a wing stop 2 minutes from my house but I wouldn’t go to any other location but THIS one. The food comes out on time, fresh, crispy. The customer service is beyond amazing. I went yesterday for Super Bowl Sunday and I was impress how organized everything was. Everyone was hands on and my food came out on time. Thank you WingStop!!!!

I came to pick up my food after placing it online. The online system tell me 16-21 mins my order will be ready. My fries was not hot so I asked the manager could I get some hot fries, while I waited for the bone wings I orders that was missing. After giving me my food, she felt the need to tell me next time she will not give me more fries because her ticket said it would be ready at 712 and I was late. Keep in mind they was really busy and I couldn’t understand why she felt the need to tell me what she was not going to do next time! It will not be a next time because I will be going to another location going forward. Educate her that your online system do not give a specific time so what she did tonight was unnecessary and not warranted as I was polite to her and she lost a regular customer for no real reason! She should also know if she refuse to give me fresh food she would just give me a refund and I will spend my hard earned money somewhere else!
