May be a better experience for you, ordered my food online and then the cashier tells me that she can’t find my order. Then I see her print it off and hand it to the cook. Mind you after I was notified it was ready. Then I come back in to see them standing around and one worker actually working. Not the best customer service.

I order extra cook time on my wings and everytime I have ordered from here the wings come soaking in grease. There is no point in frying wings hard to turn around and soak them. I’ve complained already to the staff about this.

Very disappointed in the service and food. Don't order Mild Buffalo, called to explain that they we're very oily, I was told that's the butter. No butter flavor just OIL. Will never eat here again.

Wings and fries were outstanding- hot, crisp and full of flavor. The young woman at the counter was somewhat dismissive and not friendly. The restaurant itself was clean but a little warm, almost uncomfortably so.

You really can't go wrong here. You want wings, you got wings. There is no disappointment here. They are always good and they continue to bring new flavors and my kids love the chicken sandwich!If this place was a sports bar comparable to BWW...forget about id.
I have been ordering from this store for months and have had great food , unfortunately the 3 out of the last two orders have been incorrect . The first time I just made a comment to the deliver driver that one of the items that was ordered was missing and just left it at that. This 3rd order that I did call the store to let them know that this time the order was incorrect again. They put me on hold ( which they thought ) but unfortunately I could hear everything that was being said “ This B**** is saying we got her order wrong and another person which was the cook “supposedly “ said she is a liar at that point they came back on the phone thinking they were unmuting me and at that point I just asked for their names and heard everything that was being said at that time which I did get their names . Of course got a call back immediately saying that the general manager said not to order again from that wing stop because every time I do my order is wrong which is incorrect information that’s not what I said but anyways not a problem asked for the general managers name and she told me that at that point she could not give me that information and they are not a corporate company and they were privately owned. Basically telling me good luck !! Which is not a problem because we have plenty of wing stops around this area but very unfortunate and hopefully the people that work their start enjoying their jobs and stop getting upset and rude when things are incorrect. I know it’s a fast pace work environment and things could be missed but when someone calls with an issue instead of saying that person is a lying B**** , just assets them and see if there is anything you can do to resolve the issue. Good luck wish nothing but the best for this store !!!

Food is excellent and very consistent. I have eaten at this location many times and I always get exactly what I expect. Service is prompt and polite. Dining area is comfortable and always clean. Now this is my goto wing restaurant .

The only black girl tonight was rude I wanted all flats she told me that they was saving all flats for online orders and doordash only so I had go online … only told me 16-21 mins I waited 40 & like 7 workers in there for !!!

I came in around 2:15 to pick up my food. The three workers that were working didn’t even acknowledge me in the store at all for 5 minutes. It was so awkward. One was sweeping the floor and another putting away the fries. I understand the one cooking not saying anything I guess. Just rather awkward and rude. I don’t expect top tier customer service anywhere but what I experienced was really off putting.

Older Hispanic lady was rude to me as a delivery driver. I door dash. I won't be picking up from. This location. The food wasn't even in the fryer when I got here. Not busy. I don't get paid by the hour. It's 101 degrees wasn't even offered a drink for my wait. There goes your dasher service
