This location is horrible. I've gone in to dine in on multiple occasions and they have all the chairs stacked on the tables at 8:30 p.m. when the restaurant doesn't close until midnight. The staff is rude and unsanitary. There was an employee, Kayla, mopping the lobby floor, then took order, then fixed my fries, never washing her hands. It seems as if a manager is rarely on duty. Not sure why there are so many bad reviews for this location. Despite having seating this is not the place for dine in with your family. I placed an order last night around 7:30 pm and the lady on the phone was very polite and helpful with my order. When I came for pick up it did take a few minutes to be greeted but you’ve got to understand these kids are all working very hard juggling phone orders, online orders, and 100s of doordash/grub hub/Uber eats orders.
