Food was okay...your typical Japanese menu but the tempura vegetables was done perfectly. Ramen was mediocre and the broth tasted like bagged ramen I've had better authentic ramen.I would not make a special trip to this place but would definitively go back if in the area.

I love coming here with my family, the food is delicious, and Ms Mama is amazing, we feel super blessed and comfortable when she’s around, we get to talk to her every time we come she just makes everyone happy! I’m glad they have her here, we always come back just to see her!

We were a group of 6 that came in about a hour & a half before closing and we still got great treatment. The waitresses found out that we had a birthday in the group after the kitchen had closed still found a slice of cheesecake for the birthday person.Parking: It shares a parking lot with many other spots in a strip mall.

The server seemed clueless about standard serving practices: always give a new glass for 2nds on mixed drinks (don't ask if I want to re-use my current glass) Also offer a glass, don't assume guests will drink out of can when serving a beer. Sushi tasted good. Mixed drinks (mules) were mediocre.

Ordered online. Was told it wasn't ordered even though I showed them the confirmation email. This is my 2nd time here and I won't be back. The harimaki has more cabbage than saurakraut ?. Online prices are cheaper than going in but they won't honor the online price if you show it to them. The people argued with me over the order I was clearly showing them was placed. Then it was a hassle trying to place it in person. Go down the road to the other Yoko Japanese restaurant at Mueschke.

I had wisdom teeth surgery a couple days ago and Miso soup has been my go to since I can’t eat solids. My mom went and ordered two quarts and there were gnats in the soup!

I’ve been coming here for months now and I’ve never once had a unenjoyable expirience. All the staff members are super sweet and the decor and lighting really make it a cute and homely place to be. I also really love the food here! There hibachi chicken fried rice has become a craving of mine. There edamame and eggrolls are also top tier delicious!

I'm guessing you get fresher food if you sit at the grill we order filet and lobster it was cold lobster was dry. The tuna tower was good. If I go back ill give it one more try and sit at the hibachi grill. Like I said it tasted like it had been sitting back there under a lamp no flavor and dry and filet was kinda chewy no flavor and skimpy on the mixed veggies. 50 bucks a plate kinda expected more bang for the buck ended up spending 180 with tip....
