I got the signature chicken sandwich. It was greasy and didn't even fill half the bun. The fries were too salty. For was mid warm at best. Huge disappointment.

Worst experience ever. Went at 10:30pm on a Friday March 9th 2024.and a very unpolite ghetto employee told me they are closed and it takes more than 30 min to close the store and that's why they were closing and closed the window in my face with my mom with me in the car. I worked in restaurant for years before getting my degree and never seen anything like this. I don't even write reviews but the girl that was working the window needs to ve reprimanded because she is gonna cause a good establishment to go bad. As a very successful business owner, I really hope Mr. Stokes realizes the employees can make or break your business. In my entire life I have never been insulted in such a manner.

Fry Road and Tuckerton location is full of teenagers with no customer service skills. The profanity and on their cell phones is annoying. No adult in sight to manage. DO BETTER ZAXBY’

First and last time ordering from here.. the cokes taste disgusting, the cheese sandwich ? taste hard. Everything tasted nasty! Not only that I order for curbside and waited like 20 minutes and no one ever came out. I had to go through the drive thru. Employees are lazy to walk to curbside! Never again will I come here!

Waited over 30mins and my wings and things order was not ready. After 40mins they got my order wrong. Bunch of inexperienced kids in the back throwing stuff at each other and playing around. The manager didn't once apologize. This place has the worst service and no accountability.

Well what can I say ! We have heard this is a chicken place ,we wanted to try as this is ina good location. However there were not many people whenever I see , I wanted to see what’s all this about. We ordered sandwich /wings and fries. The only thing good about it is the fries . Rest all tasted really bad soggy sandwiches. Wings were like frozen stuff not properly cooked and not great at all. The staff were nice only . Nothing else is good about this place. They really have to step up their game if they want to be in business. I wonder how much they make with this poor quality food. The sauces are good , they could really do good with such a good location.
Loved them! I’m a Canes fan, but this place is way better and offers better options. The variety on the menu and the distinct flavors are A-1

Ordered 30 min before coming + they didn’t have my food ready by the time I came. Then, it was curbside + I checked in twice + they didn’t come within another 20 minutes. I ended up having to walk in + ask for my food.

My family goes every Friday for the Wings and Things meal and each time we go inside to place our order, we've NEVER had to wait 30 minutes for our food. The cashier is always very attentive and kind and respectful. It does seem like a bunch of kids working there but our service we received has been nothing but exceptional and our order is always right.
