You might be tempted to try this place if you're a fried chicken enthusiast. But unless you're a condiment enthusiast, too, you should just go ahead and go to Cane's instead. They have a decent selection of different dipping sauces to try... and that's about it. The chicken fingers by themselves are flavorless.

Girl was on the phone on other side of store. Everyone else was hiding in the back somewhere. My friend was trying to get there attention. He said I needed help with a question and he told tthe employees I had a question came up to me the manager looked at me pissed off I need help. It's was funny I didn't have to say anything so from her to stear at me. I'm mixed so coler does not bother me. My grandmother sister is as dark as her my other granddaughter is darker then the rest of the people there. So when people stare at me o look at the white guy it is funny. So I guess it's a good thing in Mexican, Cuban, and Native American. But yes a soon as the manager left the dining room. Everyone disappears.

i had to repeat my order several times. super annoying. LISTEN!!!!!! like omg & i told her light ice & i open my drink the cup is full of ice. barely any drink in here. wish i could get my money back. i regret coming here.

Nice Zaxbys so I would assume the food would be of good quality.They made us pull up in the parking lot to wait on our order. Got home and we STILL didn’t have the correct order, missing food, so that was another trip to pickup food we paid for (our mistake for not checking before leaving). Ate the chicken sandwich and it’s RUBBER. chicken was overcooked! Like chewing bubble gum. Disappointed!Kid-friendliness: Had kids meal

I wanted to really like this place. I tried. I even asked the guy standing near me, what does he normally get here. He was a delivery driver and says he gets alot of orders from this place so he assumes it is good. I got the chicken sandwich meal. Meh. Rather go to raising canes down the street

First time in this place. Average quality of food. CANES AND CHICK FIL A are much better. Prices are reasonable. The restaurant was empty. There was NO paper towel available in the restroom. This restaurant in gonna be out of business soon.
We went because we had a buy one get one coupon. All the money we saved is not worth the upset stomachs. They need to increase their hand washing or something. Not going back to this location.

Okay sooo I always go to Zaxby’s. Especially this one. Usually it’s good, sometimes it’s OK. Today was NOT that day. Today (August 7, 2023), it was HORRIBLE. The fries were over cooked. Not seasoned at all. The wings were DARK. Wings aren’t supposed to look that dark. And they taste absolutely horrifying. Whoever was the cook today around 10am-2pm… please FIRE HIM/HER for the sake of your restaurant. Not worth the $22. It’s unfortunate I had to eat it.
