I just realized that this location has closed. This was one of the only places I know of that had grass fed and Grass finished beef. I am very disappointed that they closed. I tried to order yesterday with no luck. Good luck to the owner of this location.

Always a pleasant experience coming in for lunch. Customer service is on point! One of the managers, Chelsea, is always very helpful with anything we could need, and Cam is always a delight as well! The food is so good, it's a shame they're closing.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! Walked in at 8:56, the lady at the cash register looked at me, and with a rude tone said "uuhhh actually our doors are locked" I said, "they're locked but I walked in that makes no sense" She replied "yes I just locked them" Me- "ok so y'all are closed even though I walked in before 9?" She said "yes" What a crappy way to treat customers! Not to mention there were still 2 people sitting there eating. Taking one more order before closing would not have killed her.

This is my second visit to this shop.I think the place is very clean and the staff is very friendly. Staff also frequently went around to pick up plates and rubbish.The food was delicious and beautifully presented.I gave it four stars because the food does take a bit long to come out.All is good, anyways.

We’ve ordered for pick up here a lot and the pros are that they always have the food ready on time, and that it tastes good.The ingredients in the meal, and the amount vary a lot each time we go. Usually the variance isn’t a big deal, just not great. Today though, I ordered a steak pita and it had barely any steak on it at all, no sauce, and a single tomato slice on top. Very disappointing for the price of $11The inconsistency can make the food hit or miss, at least the staff is friendly and fast.

Places order for curbside pickup an hour before pick up time. Cypress location. Order pickup time was 6:00pm. My Husand arrived at 5:55pm and called in per instructions to let .Zoe’s Kitchen staff know he was there. Staff came out with wrong order. The order was a family pack meal for 6 ppl. 30 minutes later, meal still was not ready, so he went inside to see what was going on. Staff was clueless. One female staff member finally found our food, which had been sitting there for 30 minutes! She offered to re-cook everything. But we had family waiting at home for dinner and could not wait another 30 minutes. No offer to discount or even comp our meal. Never will go there again.

Very dirty place, noone cleans the table and most of the employees are just walking around. The front counter girl was re- stocking and had people waiting in line at the register for a while till someone from the back kitchen came to assist.They need to be attentive, people are usually at lunch and don't have but an hour.

Ordered a family meal of chicken and sides. Supposed to be ready at 6pm. Arrived before 6pm and called Zoe's to let them know I had arrived. They brought out wrong order. Then, after waiting several minutes, I called, and they said my order was not ready yet. NOTE: my order was supposed to be ready at 6pm, and after 6pm, my order STILL was not ready. Waited 30 more minutes and finally went inside only to find that my order had been sitting there the entire time! No offer to comp our meal or even discount it. I could not wait for them to remake an entire family meal, so I had to take home food that was not hot. Horrible customer service. They need to get their act together. We will never order from this Zoe's again.

I absolutely love this place! The food is fresh and seasoned just right. You can eat in, or pick it up. The staff is super friendly and helpful in helping you make a selection if you have never eaten there before. My favorite are the kabobs!
I was impressed when I first entered Zoes. It was clean and I was promptly greeted and asked if I needed a few minutes to look over the menu. When I was ready, I had several questions and the young man was thorough in his responses and when I asked for suggestions, he guided me. His courteous and friendly manner made me enjoy my visit even more. I will be back and I say customer service is the first step to earn business. Way to go on customer service, you have won my loyalty! Kim Oh, did I mention I loved the quality and taste of my food. I was so impressed with the service I forgot to share, I loved my delicious meal choice!

NOT-SO-FAST Casual.Note to self:Don't go back to Zoes unless you have an extra 30 minutes to wait for your food.Food is good or has been in more recent visits. But the WAIT for the food is RIDICULOUS! just seems to be longer and longer every visit, if you're dining in that is. This time, it took 35 minutes to get a couple sandwiches... with no sense of concern or explanation. Just a "please just be happy no matter what, so that we can continue pretending that we're happy and everyone around you can continue pretending not to notice how bad our service is, because everyone in this world is entitled to the the same happiness that we're pretending to make you" attitude. No thanks. I'm sure it had a lot to do with the fact that to-go orders were obviously taking priority over dine-in. If you don't want us eating there, just say so. No worries. I won't be back.

Greek salad was awesome. I enjoyed the steak and mozzarella paideia but the steak kabobs were more delicious by far. The potato salad was awesome with the skins on. I'll get that next time
