Some of the cashiers there are uninviting.. One guy was swiping my debit card so hard through the machine that he could've damaged the strip on the back.. It was almost like he didn't care and a customer behind me stated that I'll probably end up needing a new card because of how rough that cashier was with my card.. Walked in 2/19/24 at around 2:40am. Needed a restroom and some snacks on the way home. Walked into the restroom and it was a mess. Paper towels all over the floor, no toilet paper in either stall, no seat covers. Good thing I didn’t need a seat cover or toilet paper. When I informed the first associate her response was “I don’t do the mens’ room.” The other (male) associate just laughed it off.

I visited this location today to buy gas and get coffee. After finding a coffee machine that worked out of the 6 others that appeared to be out of service, I did my normal check of the spouts where the coffee is dispensed only to find an abundance of mold and some type of crust all over. ( see pic). Needless to say I did not purchase any coffee as I don't want to end up ill. I hope this review initiates some changes.

The tacos are good but the soda fountain is not. I tried 3 different drinks and they all tasted off, like there's something wrong with the machine. I ended up throwing out my drink on the way out just because it tasted so gross.

The gas prices for reward members hasnt been updated in weeks. I lost out on a 29 cent discount today. No thanks.
Avoid using Ubereats for ordering taquitos from this place. Despite my logical expectation that they might have been sitting for a while, I assumed they would at least microwave them for basic warmth. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case – they were stone cold. I had to throw them away.

What a complete disappointment! Bran new store and already looks run down and transient! So neglected! Didn’t they think they would need a designated “House Keeper” to ensure the place is taken care of? Went in and used the restroom, totally trashed, nothing to dry your hands on and just filthy! All the personnel act like they hate their jobs! Again, such a disappointment; I’d love to see 7-11 come back but this example store is a horrible outlook for their future!!

One of the worst 7-11's to go to. It seems like a great one based on its size and location, but the fountain drinks never work or taste horrid, and the workers talk the entire time or are not personable—significant potential, poorly managed. I usually give a place three tries before totally dismissing it. Third strike Preston Rd. 7-11!

Do not waste your time with this location. I went in to grab food and ask for $18 on pump #5. I go back outside and nothing worked, I pressed the button for help and no one came to help me. I go back inside and the cashier says that pump 5 is broken and I need to go to another pump (why didn't she tell me this after paying?). Anyway I tell her I'll go to pump 17 (she confirms it's working), so I move my car to pump 17... Same thing. I push the button for help, she comes outside saying "didn't you say pump 18?". No, I didn't! Pump 17 like I said when I came in the 2nd time. Good grief!
